1 cup

Clean water

3 cups

Honey or sugar?

Proper amount

Steps/methods

1. Peel the hard shell of raw walnuts, soak them in boiling water, then take them out and peel them. All walnuts are treated in this way.

2. Put the processed walnuts into a blender, add 2 cups or 3 cups of water, and make them into walnut juice.

3. Take a small soup pot and a strainer, pour the prepared walnut juice into the strainer, and separate the walnut juice and the walnut residue. Walnut residue can be added to other grains as staple food!

4. Put the filtered walnut juice on the fire and add 1 cup of milk. If you use 3 cups of water directly, you don't need to add milk.

Then stir while heating, turn off the fire after boiling, cool slightly, and add honey and sugar to taste when drinking.
