Stay in a quiet place-not many people during the day, quiet at night, away from wild animals, poisonous insects, enemies, enemies. 4. Stop all chores-try to finish the day's work before practicing meditation. When practicing meditation, let go of all considerations. 5. There are few contented people-content with a simple and bleak life, and don't expect things that can't be achieved according to your own conditions. It is hard for a person who is eager to pursue money and fame to imagine that he is absorbed in his heart. 6. Get close to good knowledge-get close to your teachers and friends and choose people with the same level of interest as your partners. Five tones: 1. Adjust diet II. Adjust sleep 3. Adjust body 4. Adjust breathing 5. Adjust the mentality 5. Meditation disorder, five kinds of psychological activities that make people uneasy 1. Concealing greed-meditation suddenly produces ideas about name, wealth, food and color II. Cover up resentment-regret means that when you practice meditation, you feel regret. One is that you are upset and regret it. The other is that you have psychological burden, regret and regret, and it is difficult to settle down. 5. Doubt about the cover-doubt that my quality is not settled, doubt that the teacher has no time to teach me. I suspected that there was something wrong with meditation practice, so I changed my mind. Don't abandon the five covers, it's hard to succeed! Five methods of meditation: sitting, standing, walking, lying down, and casually talking about sitting: Jiafu sits on his left leg and his right leg, sitting auspicious, making qi and blood and mind peaceful; The right leg is on the left leg, sitting in the name of the devil, surrendering distractions and harmonizing qi and blood; Palm up, palm to palm, palms together, left and right thumb touching, placed under the navel. Hands left and right when sitting on good luck, left and right when sitting on evil spirits; After putting your hands and feet in place, shake your body left and right seven or eight times to make your spine naturally straight, not bent or stiff; The nose is opposite to the navel, neither biased nor inclined, and the head is neither high nor low. Open your mouth and spit out polluted air three times, and imagine that your body is sick and evil. After vomiting, the upper and lower lips and teeth are slightly offset, and the tongue extends to the upper jaw, slightly holding the eyes, or half-closed-the sitting posture is fixed, and then you can start practicing Zen-tying your new body to a specific object and keeping your mind on it can cure drowsiness and heaviness, but long-term practice will make people dizzy, or it seems to be magical, so you can't always focus on your hair, starting from your forehead. . . Long-term practice can make people feel good, or see red, yellow and other colors as flowers like clouds, so that human feelings are reversed, so the method can not be used often; If you stick to your heart and nose, you can realize the impermanence of your income, which is conducive to cultivating the concept of calculating interest, and you can practice Zen for a long time; The heart is the navel, and the navel is the palace of qi and sea, especially the two inches below the navel, that is, the Taoist "Dantian", which cures all diseases and is the safest in Zen. Focus on the heart chakra (foot), let the qi follow the heart, and harmonize the body's yin and yang. The purpose of treating all diseases is to collect the mind. If your mind is settled, you don't need to cultivate it. Just condense your mind a little, so that the disorder won't sink and you don't need to concentrate on it.
