What should I eat for health in winter?
Eating mutton, yam and white radish in winter can keep you healthy.

1. Mutton. Mutton warms kidney and strengthens yang, strengthens waist and bones, supplements body heat and keeps out the cold. Can be made into medicated diet or stew.

2. Chinese yam. Yam is a good product with the same origin of medicine and food, containing saponin and mucus, which is beneficial to lung qi and nourishing lung yin. Containing amylase, polyphenol oxidase and other substances, it is helpful to enhance digestion and absorption function, and can be eaten by people with spleen-yang deficiency or stomach-yin deficiency. Can be used with beef and mutton soup.

3. white radish. There is a folk saying that "eating radish in winter and ginger in summer does not require a doctor to prescribe". The dietary fiber content in radish is very considerable, especially the plant fiber contained in leaves is rich. These plant fibers can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, eliminate constipation and play a role in detoxification. White radish is rich in lignin and has the function of cleaning blood vessels. Eating radish regularly can reduce blood lipids, soften blood vessels, stabilize blood pressure, and prevent coronary heart disease and arteriosclerosis.
