Who is the author of qigong coup?
Zhang Wenjiang, an expert in traditional Chinese medicine, worked part-time in Shanghai Qigong Institute for many years and died in 1990s. The book expounds:

(1) Judging from the changes of Yin and Yang throughout the year, there are great changes of Yin and Yang throughout the year, which are characterized by high temperature in spring, hot summer, cool autumn and cold winter. Summing up from yin and yang, spring and summer are yang, and autumn and winter are yin, so we should pay attention to "nourishing yang in spring and summer and nourishing yin in autumn and winter" (Su Wen's four-qi-regulated body theory). Make yin and yang harmless and grow together. According to my amateur experience, I think that spring and summer should focus on static work, and "stirring the sea and swallowing body fluid" or "thinking about ice" should nourish yin and yang in parallel, so that the liver-qi will not be internalized and the heart-qi will not sink; It is advisable to exercise more in autumn and winter. In order to generate yang and nourish yin, it is necessary to "turn off qi and generate heat" [6] or "keep thinking and generate heat", so that lung qi will not be full and kidney qi will not be turbid.

(2) Work according to the changes of Yin and Yang in day and night

The ancients divided a day and night into twelve hours, including Zi, Ugly, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Noon, Wei, Shen, You, Xu and Hai. Growing up is the "six sunny days", and noon to Shihai is the "six cloudy days". Clear qi is mainly yang, while turbid qi is mainly yin. When "gas extraction method" [7] is used, it should be at the time of six yang. Secret recipe of faithfulness: "when you believe in it, you take Yang, ... that's why you take Yang to get the trouble of three bodies." This is quite reasonable according to the method of convincing when the sun is shining. When it comes to modern science, deep breathing is the most appropriate. So there is enough oxygen in the air, which is naturally beneficial to the body. However, qigong experts' use of yin and yang has a more important significance, that is, "six yang are fire", which is the easiest way to make the true qi accumulate in the "Dantian", and then it is easy to make the true qi start running in the second pulse of Ren Du, forming a "small Sunday". That is, the true qi goes down from abdomen to perineum to Jiaji point, or from abdomen to Mingmen and then to jade pillow and mud pill (Baihui). This stage is generally called "Tongdu Jing". After falling from "Mud Pill" to "Queqiao" and "Zhongshan", I returned to Dantian. This stage is generally called "Tongren pulse". If you are in charge of everything, you can think of it as "Zhou Xiaotian" ("Tiangong" is also called "River Turner"). Most people's practice has proved that practicing Qigong can play a beneficial role in human physiology as long as the "small Sunday" is opened, and it can also be significantly improved in pathology. Therefore, alchemists in past dynasties paid more attention to the exercise of "small Sunday". There are many ways to make "Zhou Xiaotian" tempered as soon as possible. During the "six-sun" period, especially at noon, it is indeed one of the important conditions. However, when the sun is shining, it only accounts for half of the day and night, and it is midnight, which is the time to sleep, which is very difficult for people who work in the day shift and night shift. Therefore, the ancients also created a method of exercising in "living time" and "living classics", that is, exercising in a fixed "child time". The method is to "adjust the breath" at any time as long as you pose, and combine "staying in the abdomen" or "concentrating into the air bag" to make the breath sink into the abdomen. Gas accumulates in the abdomen, and gas fills the abdomen, so the abdomen will naturally have reactions such as "heat bloating" or "fullness feeling" or "air dome feeling" or "jumping feeling". This is a sign that qi is about to start running, so it can be said that it is time to "live" and "intentionally move qi" can be used. Use the method of "pumping air with heart" to carry out "river car operation", get through the second pulse of Ren Du, complete the achievement of "taking a small weekend" and gain benefits. As Neidan Jing said: "Meridian function is heat, and you can live without fainting twice." In other words, physical exercise is not limited to day and night. As long as Dantian has the feeling of "getting angry" after exercise, he can take "breathing air" and "getting angry" as "living time" to spend "Little Sunday", which is a method of "turning strength into energy". However, according to my many years of qigong teaching experience, if scholars have the conditions or create conditions, they can exercise mainly in the "positive hours" (that is, at night) combined with "living hours", then they can get the "wonderful use of meridian yin and yang" and achieve faster and better results.

(3) according to gender and the size of the difference between Yin and Yang.

Male is Yang, female is Yin. Therefore, although women's acrobatics and men's acrobatics have similarities and differences. The training method in Female Single Crystal written by the ancients was put forward according to the particularity of female Yin, Yang, Qi and blood. From the perspective of human body types: "People with sun, people with insufficient sun, people with lunar sun, people with insufficient sun, and people with peaceful yin and yang. These five people have different postures, and their bones, muscles and qi and blood are also different (On Ling Shu Tian Tong). Therefore, in the practice method, we should do exercises according to the difference of yin and yang. According to my experience, all patients with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang mainly take static exercise, combined with "Yongquan", "Sanyinjiao" and other "yin orifices". For those with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang, dynamic exercise is also the main method. With the techniques of "Mingmen", "Baihui", "Mud Pill" and "Foot-opening", yin and yang can be harmonious and smooth.

(4) Exert force according to the difference of yin and yang of human meridians.

There are six yang meridians and six yin meridians in the twelve meridians. Ren meridian is the sea of Yin meridian and Du meridian is the outline of Yang meridian. Therefore, when practicing "Zhou Xiaotian", we should not only pay attention to the difference of Yin and Yang in the previous day and night, but also practice dialectically according to the difference of Yin and Yang in human meridians. Textual research on the Eight Veins of Strange Meridian: "The meridians in Ren Du's Two Veins are also the way of ascending and descending the Yang fire and Yin image of Dan Meridian, and the place where fire and water meet." Nourishing Classic Collection: "If you are a governor, the veins are interlinked, so you can' enter the yang fire' and' retreat the yin symbol'" [8], while the method of running the river car, ... has been mastered for a long time, and the three fields are full of qi, making friends from top to bottom, that is, the so-called qi often passes through the joints and is naturally full of vitality. "Xuanwei Heart Seal": "Anyone who is pregnant also walks in the abdomen, so the turtle snorts and the crane raises the fetal interest, so he can live a long life and pass this pulse; The governor walks in the middle of the back, so the deer raises its brain with its tail, and the life of the highest one is also connected with this vein. " This explains the importance of qigong according to the difference of yin and yang in meridians.

(5) Work according to the conditions of Yin and Yang.

There are many diseases, but simply speaking, they are nothing more than yin and yang. Its symptoms are mostly cold and heat deficiency and excess. Practicing Qigong should also be based on the theory of Yin and Yang, and carry out dialectical exercise according to the principle of "cold is heat, heat is cold, deficiency is tonic, and it is actually diarrhea" in Neijing. "Theory of Cultivating Shape with God": "If the abdomen is cold, take the breath of recent days, the breath of afternoon, and if the abdomen is hot, take the breath of midnight and the breath of peace." "Health-preserving Skin Talk": "Deficiency should be kept in mind, converged, and supplemented with internal defense; The real disease should be guided by massage, sucked and discharged; If you have a fever, you should spit out the old and absorb the new, and your mouth and nose should be cold; Cold diseases should be treated with qi and breath, which is intended to make a fire to keep warm. These four methods can be described as shortcuts to cure diseases, far better than the medicine of vegetation and stone. " "On Cultivating Shape with God": "Blow to dispel cold, call to dispel heat." It can be seen that the ancients used the methods of "convincing", "inhaling", "holding one's breath" and "hiding inside" to reconcile yin and yang, and their methods of eliminating symptoms such as cold and heat deficiency and excess were various and really effective in practice.

(6) Exert force according to the relationship between breathing and yin and yang.

Breathing (also known as pranayama) exercise is an important part of Qigong, and it should also be dialectically carried out on schedule according to the relationship between Yin and Yang, so as to conform to the law of the rise and fall of Yin and Yang and strengthen the body and cure diseases. "Yuanqu Fairy Fetuses": "Breathing clear qi is yang, spitting turbid qi is yin. ..... It's true that the husband's way of self-study can enter and exit Yin and Yang. " The finishing touch of reading: "Turn on the pager, I will do it (up), turn on the pager, I will turn to Kun (down)." By controlling and regulating Qi, these methods can conform to the natural law of the rise and fall of Yin and Yang, and make the operation of Qi, Wei Qi, Rong Qi, Zangfu Qi and Meridian Qi conform to the physiological requirements and pathological changes, which will play a very good role in preventing and treating diseases, strengthening the body and improving intelligence, and deserve attention.

(7) According to the relationship between movement and yin and yang.

Qigong has the internal strength of leaning towards crystals, and its movements are "static and dynamic"; External work with deflection, its quietness is "quietness in motion". Whether the action is appropriate or not has a great influence on the yin and yang of the human body. Yu Zhongshu said: "Yin is born in quietness, while Yang is born in motion." What he means is that quietness is yin and movement is yang. For sports, people with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity should do dynamic external work; Those with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang should do static internal work. However, this is superficial. If we study further, there is also a relationship between dynamic and static yin and yang, which is even more "extreme change". Shao Zi's notes in The Complete Record of the Medical Department of Ancient and Modern Books Integration: "The movement is Yang, and the extreme is Yin; At the beginning of quietness, you are born soft, very quiet, just born. ..... Therefore, the principle of Yin and Yang is extremely changed. " This discussion is actually based on the principle of "anode generates yin and cathode generates yang" in Neijing, but Shao better combines the relationship between exercise and the change of yin and yang. It is really important in dialectical work. Nowadays, many people regard "spontaneous work" after doing static work as "deviation", or emphasize that "self-starting" should be "the more you move, the better". I think these arguments are one-sided. We can know the close relationship between exercise and yin and yang. According to the difference of yin and yang in human body shape and the decline of yin and yang in diseases, it is most appropriate to make exercise appropriate and yin and yang harmless. "The most immoral health-keeping method without spending money": "Exercise properly, keep qi and blood flowing, and never get sick, all your life". If you are led by lust, you will never disobey it. If you hurt Yin, Yang will prevail. Quiet hurts yang, and yin wins. And yin hurts and yang declines, and yang also hurts. Both yin and yang are hurt, but if usage is not the guide, then the source of biochemistry is Wu Youqi. Qigong changes (its) quietness by moving and changing (its) quietness, conforms to yin and yang, conforms to the five elements, develops vitality and stimulates change, so it can be harmonized up and down, yin and yang are separated, the old is removed and the new is introduced, the five internal organs are supplemented, the exogenous six evils are dispelled, the internal injuries are eliminated, the deficiency and diarrhea are stopped, and the increase and decrease are achieved. There is no need to use medicine as a pill. "This passage is not heavy, but it has a lot of essence, and it speaks quite thoroughly about the relationship between dynamic and static yin and yang. As long as you can master moderate movements when practicing Qigong, you can achieve the actual effect of prolonging the life of the disease.

(8) According to the relationship between "thinking" and Yin and Yang.

"Thinking in memory" is a good way to control and adjust one's physiological function and improve one's pathological state by using the thinking activity of the brain and exerting the potential of the human body. The ancients accumulated extremely rich and valuable experience in this respect. This paper briefly discusses the relationship between "thinking" and yin-yang deficiency, cold and heat based on the principle of "dialectical work" that "Qigong is the most wonderful trick". Use it as a shade and think about it in hot spots. " "I miss the atrium in winter, and I feel very warm with Yang Qi; Xia Yue at home, YanQi into the limbo. ..... as cold as ice and iron with Yin Qi and burning with eternal Yang Qi. " "Shi Wen Zhen Jing": "The heart of qi is like thinking of fire, and it feels hot for a long time; Thinking about the water inside, I feel cold for a long time. " Li Zhi said: "People's minds get hot when they get angry, and they get cold when they think of water (see health preservation)". These experiences are very valuable. The cold and hot feeling of human body can be controlled by qigong. You can wear light clothes in winter without feeling cold, and you can wear leather clothes in summer without feeling hot. I have been exercising for a long time according to the above-mentioned "thoughts" and the relationship between Yin and Yang. Now I can cover six five-Jin quilts in midsummer weather without sweating for 20 minutes, and I can exercise quietly in winter without catching a cold. This proves that the combination of "thinking" and the relationship between yin and yin have indeed played a victorious role in special changes. If this method can be widely popularized, it can play a considerable therapeutic role for some patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.

(9) according to the relationship between posture and yin and yang.

Whether the posture of acrobatics is proper or not has a great influence on the outcome of acrobatics. The key to this lies in Yin and Yang, that is, whether "internal work" takes static work or "external work" takes dynamic work, its posture must be guided by Yin and Yang theory. Look at the various postures of our acrobatics. Although they are very different, they are all inseparable from up and down, left and right, back and forth, pitch, flexion and extension, lift, opening and closing, rigidity and softness. These postures are all related to the unity of opposites and are inseparable from the theory of Yin and Yang. From the point of view of preventing and treating diseases, strengthening physical fitness and improving intelligence, it is also closely related to yin and yang. For example, in the case of gastroptosis, you can take a supine position and raise your hips for abdominal breathing in order to nourish your stomach. Asthma patients should take a sitting posture, which is easy to reduce unfavorable qi and relieve symptoms. Medical letter: "those with fire open their eyes, those without fire close their eyes." "If you want to get angry and cure the diseases of eyes, ears, nose and mouth, you will bend yourself. If you want the downward flow of qi to dredge your intestines and strengthen your feet and tibia, you should restrain it. If you want to lead people with head diseases to look up, if you want to lead people with waist and foot diseases to look after their feet, … "There are too many similar documents to mention. This paragraph alone is enough to explain the outline. As far as I know, the patient's experience in qigong, I'll give you a few more examples to prove it. When a person is doing "Zhou Xiaotian" exercise, he is so angry that he can't reach the "clay pill", which makes him feel full and uncomfortable in the "jade pillow" part. I taught him to slowly straighten the back of his neck, tilt his head back slightly and open his eyes slightly. He was blocked by the meridian qi of "jade pillow" and immediately rose to "mud pill" and "jade pillow" A patient's breath stays in the "mud pill" and he feels his hair swell and numb. I taught her to close her eyes and look at her abdomen, slightly lower her head and cooperate with "swallowing body fluid and eating gas", and immediately realized her "mud pill" breath, and her head fell to her abdomen like lightning, and her head was immediately awake and comfortable. When a person is practicing qigong, he often feels chest tightness and flatulence. I taught him to raise his hands to both sides of the mountainside, and then combined with consciousness and "swallowing body fluid", his hands sank slightly, and the gas accumulated in his chest immediately returned to Dantian to recover. A professor suffered from severe hypertension twenty years ago (blood pressure190/110mmhg). He often feels dizzy and walks unsteadily. His brother died of a stroke, and he was even more afraid. I teach you to keep the "fountain" parallel to the extremely slow "footwork" and focus on the next step step by step. My condition is getting better and better, and the snow pressure is always around 150/90. Although I am nearly 80 years old, I can still go to work two or three times a week. A person suffers from severe insomnia, and despite taking a lot of sleeping pills, it is still difficult to sleep. I taught him to put aside his distractions and stick to the "chicken footwork" in Dantian, so that he could fall asleep quickly that night. When a person "intends to protect his abdomen", he feels that his abdomen is hot and swollen, and his penis is held high, which seems to be "nocturnal emission". I taught him to keep the perineum, combined with the method of "lifting anus" and the thumb pinching "middle impulse" to refine qi, and the symptoms of "lifting yang" were immediately relieved. There are many such examples, all of which show that posture is of great benefit to the change of yin and yang and the regulation of qi. "Su Wen's Theory of Four Qi Regulating Spirit": "Born from Yin and Yang, otherwise you will die. If it is reversed, it will be ruled, and if it is reversed, it will be chaotic. " Su Wen Zhi Zhen Da Lun: "There must be a difference between yin and yang in the way of regulating qi." How to distinguish yin and yang to regulate qi activity? Posture is also an important link. However, up and down, left and right, back and forth, pitching, flexion and extension, lifting, opening and closing, rigidity and softness, etc. , often cross, belonging to the law of "yin in the yang and yang in the yin". When thinking about postures in acrobatics, it is particularly important to distinguish clearly and not make mistakes.
