As a person, spirit and body coexist. The spirit is separated from the body, which is called "swimming" in the soul and "corpse" in the body. What Lao Tzu said was "carrying the spirit of camp, holding one." So this chapter can be seen as a demonstration of the previous chapter. The last chapter said that "children want harmony and women want weakness". Although these two forms are different, they point to the same thing, which can explain the wonderful truth of Lao Zi's self-cultivation. With the wisdom of a baby, I don't know the sum of the secular, but I enjoy the sum of nature. Adults live in it, know the sum of the secular, and are willing to remain weak and soft, so they don't argue with the world, let it go and enjoy the gift from heaven. This chapter of Laozi, as mentioned in the previous chapter, is about the unity of politics and politics, and only those who respect themselves can be expensive. If you don't know yourself, you won't mention himself.

Guan dominated the world, and he was recommended as assistant minister at the end of his life. Elegance, steaming, self-castration, no need to build a king. Qi Huangong didn't listen, so he was very sad after his death. who is it? Don't be stingy with yourself, be stronger than yourself, and be self-standard. What about him? It's okay to hurt yourself. What harm does it do to me? When you are mourning, you can mourn, or you can mourn without mourning. This is the way of Laozi and the theory before it. Therefore, Guan Zhong can also be regarded as a Taoist. Look at development from another angle.

"For the root of light, static for manic gentleman .. so, saints all day long, never leave the trench. Although there is a concept of honor, Yan Chaoran. How can you be the master of all things and despise the world? If it is light, it will be ruined, and if it is embarrassing, it will be ruined. " Lao Tzu Chapter 26

This chapter and chapter 13 basically agree that the concept of honor is elegant, humiliation is not surprising, and so is the wonderful method of self-cultivation You can't rely on it to support the world. The heavier one is also self-sufficient. If it is not heavy, it will be light, if it is light, it will be lost, and if it remains unchanged, it will remain unchanged. With the heart of the world, I am eager to need it. However, being warm-hearted is a big deficiency, and we must be cold-eyed. Don't save people from fire and water, but save more. Cut off his car to keep him handsome, cut off his limbs to keep him alive. There are disputes between Chu and Han, such as losing a car to protect a handsome man, and a poisonous snake biting his arm, but giving up on himself to save his life. This is the indifference of Taoism. From the Confucian point of view, it is quite similar to Confucius' theory of "courage":

The son said to Yan Yuan, "If you use it, you can do it; if you discard it, you can hide it. Only you and I are husbands! " Lutz said, "If you join the three armed forces, who will join you?" Confucianism and Taoism complement each other, which is evident. All of them are partial and comprehensive, and they value Confucianism and despise Confucianism. Different bases, different views, but all roads lead to the same goal, all saints.

Laozi passed it on later, and Zhuang Zhou went further to preserve health. Its theory is "health care master". Health, God. The Lord is complacent about God's gift, and he can cultivate himself without running counter to it, so that he can live forever. If you want to stop the cow, you don't know it. If you don't know, you're dead. If you are confused, it is a genius. Therefore, Zhuang to:

"My life is limited, but my knowledge is limited. With the limit, there is no limit, and it is almost there; Knowing what you already know is almost enough. Good has no near name, and evil has no near punishment. The governor thinks that classics can protect you, you can live all your life, you can support your relatives, and you can spend all your years. " The chapter of "Health Master" can refer to nan huaijin's "Zhuangzi South China", so I won't repeat it here.

Who are the health workers? So is Wei Qisheng. How to achieve hygiene? Zhuang Zhou in the south and Lao zi's "at the beginning of ploughing mulberry" chapter made an answer:

Nan Rong Zhen said, "When people in the village are sick, they will ask them, and patients can talk about their illness. However, when they get sick, the patients are still not sick. If you smell the Tao, if you drink medicine to make you sick, you are willing to smell the health classics. " Lao Tzu said, "Can you embrace the classics of hygiene? Can you not lose it? Can you know good or bad without divination? Can you stop? Can you do that? Can you give up others and ask yourself? Can it be amazing? Can it be embarrassing? Can you be a son? My son howled all day, but he didn't, which was very harmonious; Holding it all day, not paying attention to its virtue; Turn a blind eye all day, eccentric. Don't know what to do, don't know what to do, don't know what to do. This is a health class. " South Rong Zhen said, "But what is the virtue of being the most human?" Said, "No, yes, it is what the so-called ice melting releaser can do! Husband and talent, meet the earth and meet the sky. He doesn't care about the interests of the characters, doesn't blame them, doesn't seek for them, and doesn't work with them; However, when you left, Dong came. Explain that health has passed. " And said, "But what is this?" Said, "Not yet. I firmly tell you, "Can you have a son? "? The son doesn't know what to do, and he doesn't know what to do; My body is like a branch and my heart is like ashes. If it is, disaster will not come and happiness will not come. There are no blessings, but there are also evildoers. 」

This chapter of Zhuang Zhou is about Laozi's book, and Laozi's words are intended to play for it. It is quite worth recommending. Then ZhuangZhou marked the meaning of this chapter:

"Yu tai, the hair is on the skylight. Those who shine in the sky, people see their people and things see their things. People who practice will remain the same today; If there is perseverance, people will give it up, and God will help it. People give it up, which is called the heavenly people; With the help of heaven, it is called the son of heaven. " This is called perseverance and health, which can only be helped by heaven. He who is helped by heaven can be the son of heaven. The son of heaven is also the shepherd of the world.

In fact, this passage is also what Laozi said in Chapter 13, "So, it is expensive for the world, if it can be made in the world; Love is the world, if you can trust it. " The principle is the same.
