The new zoo consists of three landscape areas: plain landscape area, valley landscape area and hillside terrace landscape area. According to relevant data, the new zoo covers an area of 4,000 mu, and the landscape layout in the park is asymmetric. With the hidden wind mountain as the background, the natural scenery and artificial buildings are skillfully combined. The buildings in the park are mostly concentrated in the plain landscape area, and the site covers an area of about 187 mu. Along the road, there are orangutan pavilion, mandrill pavilion, baboon pavilion, amphibian pavilion, giraffe pavilion, Asian elephant pavilion, aquatic animal pavilion, monkey pavilion and panda pavilion, mainly including chimpanzees, golden monkeys, langurs, crocodiles and other rare animals. There is also a children's zoo covering an area of 1.06 hectares, where docile rabbits and lambs are scattered.
The valley landscape area is a gully formed for many years, with the gully width of 20m to150m and the deepest point of10m. The landscape area is designed as a wetland bird landscape area and a carnivore display area, making full use of the current topographical characteristics and giving full play to the unique functions of ditches and valleys, forming a major feature of the new garden. "liger Valley and Bear Valley are in this area." The hillside terrace landscape area is a landscape area that integrates the existing hillside and terrace with nature, mainly including bird forest, raptor area and herbivore area. According to the land use planning and animal habits, different animals are distributed on different levels of platforms in the scenic spot, and the patchwork layout and rich landscape give visitors a feeling of returning to nature.
