1. Log in to Pinduoduo backstage and find the customer service tool in the left menu bar.
2. Click on the robot reply settings, which are divided into two types. The first one is the opening remarks and FAQ settings, and the next one is the automatic reply of the order card. Look at the opening remarks and frequently asked questions first, and click the red button on the right to create a new question.
3. Enter the questions that the customer may ask in the box behind the questions, enter the answers to the customers in the box behind the replies, and then press the OK button.
4. After confirmation, you will see that there are more reply messages just set on the interface. Click the small box in front and it will turn red. Select all the required reply statements, and then click the red button below to save and publish.
5. The dialog box pops up, and the display content has been modified. Are you sure you want to post it to your mobile phone? Click OK. After saving, the button will turn gray.
6. Look at the automatic reply of the order card. There are four situations: undelivered, undelivered, undelivered, undelivered and other.
The system has preset the reply content. If you feel that your reset is inappropriate, click Edit Reply behind the corresponding reply. After making the same changes, click Save and Publish at the bottom.
