Therefore, it is not only helpful to prevent the occurrence and development of diseases, but also provides a basis for scientific health care. Through the test, I belong to phlegm-dampness constitution. According to what the teacher said and the information collected online, I made a health plan for myself.

Phlegm-dampness constitution diet

1. Avoid fat meat, sweetness and overeating.

Phlegm-dampness constitution should first abstain from being fat and sweet, from drinking alcohol, and eat seven points full, and avoid overeating and eating too fast. One trick: don't eat meat when your tongue is thick recently. People with phlegm-dampness constitution should eat more foods that can strengthen the spleen and promote diuresis, such as yam, coix seed, poria cocos, lentils, adzuki beans and broad beans.

2. Eat more diuretic and expectorant vegetables.

In terms of vegetables, experts suggest that phlegm-dampness constitution can be eaten with leafy vegetables such as mushrooms, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, pumpkins, soybean sprouts and Chinese cabbage. In addition, you should also eat something that warms the yang, promotes diuresis and eliminates phlegm.

Some vegetables, such as ginger, onion, garlic, leek, onion, pepper, seaweed, kelp, jellyfish and so on. All of them have the functions of eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis, resolving phlegm and quenching thirst, and invigorating spleen and kidney.

3. Eat more fruits that warm the spleen and kidney. When choosing fruits, eat low-sugar fruits or dried fruits that warm and tonify the spleen and kidney, and be careful not to eat fruits with high sweetness. You should eat more fruits with low sugar content, such as cucumber, tomato, pitaya, durian, lemon, cherry and papaya.

4. Eat less acidic food

Acidic food will aggravate phlegm and dampness in the body. People with phlegm-dampness constitution should eat less sour, cold, greasy and astringent things, especially acidic foods. In addition, don't eat supper, eat breakfast. The more you skip breakfast, the heavier the humidity. Eating breakfast is to improve phlegm-dampness constitution.
