Summer corresponds to the heart and spleen in the five internal organs, summer belongs to the heart and long summer belongs to the spleen. In hot summer, the metabolism of human body is accelerated, and the demand for oxygen is increased. It is easy to sweat, and the demand for water in the body increases. Drinking tea in summer can not only replenish body water, but also clear away heat and toxic materials and regulate the spleen and stomach, which is undoubtedly the best choice.

Gynostemma pentaphyllum tea for invigorating qi and regulating fat

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that, in addition to climatic reasons, hyperhidrosis is a manifestation of qi deficiency, which is caused by inconsistency in appearance and improper opening and closing. Sweating too much is easy to damage body fluid and consume gas, especially for people who are weak. Efficacy: Gynostemma pentaphyllum has a nickname called "South Ginseng". Rich in ginsenoside, it has the functions of invigorating spleen, resisting fatigue, promoting sleep and improving memory similar to ginseng. In addition, modern pharmacological studies have proved that Gynostemma pentaphyllum also has the functions of reducing blood lipid, increasing coronary blood flow and promoting blood circulation.

Momordica charantia health tea

Efficacy: Bitter gourd tastes bitter. Cold nature, entering the heart, lungs and stomach meridians, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, improving eyesight, lowering blood pressure and lipid, and caring skin.

Practice: Seed bitter gourd, slice it into thin slices, mix it with tea, steam it in a pot for 15 minutes, dry it and store it, 6- 10g each time, and use it for making tea at any time.

Alisma orientalis tea for eliminating phlegm and dampness

Dizziness, headache, heavy hands and feet, fatigue and burnout are mostly caused by phlegm and dampness.

Efficacy: Alisma orientalis is sweet in taste and cold in nature. Return to kidney and bladder meridian. Use water to ooze water and release heat. Control water fullness, except spleen and stomach dampness and heat.

Practice: You can make tea with oolong tea, each 10g.
