What's above and below the kidney?
Where is the "kidney up and down" often mentioned in the scriptures? Is the heart here a heart or a hidden heart? Since no one has solved the mystery, I will tell you the result of my experiment. I don't know if it's right. Please correct me. Huang Yuanji said: At the beginning, scholars had no other choice but to sit wholeheartedly and pay attention to it. There seems to be a gap under the heart and above the kidney. The gods look at each other and often return to their hometown, letting them come and go, but proudly focusing on the palace. Not for a while, but for a while. Therefore, listening to its chaos, I can't afford to think clearly. For a long time, I drifted off into a land with nothing. At that time, I didn't know that the breath of God was in the air, and the breath returned to God. Without me, without a place, without a day, I was not groggy-groggy became a dead tree. Brother, at this time, when you are tempted, don't ruin your heart. However, smart and stupid people are smart without using them. When you are ignorant and unconscious, you suddenly feel something and do something, which is Tai Chi Kai Ji. It should be noted that in this sense, this is natural, but I can't help but feel attached, which is my real feeling ... so I think what they call "heart" should be "lungs", and the two lungs are just facing the two kidneys. It is said that "the heart is under the kidney", and this kidney refers to Yinqiao point, so this point refers to Xiadantian. Personal opinion: Whether Yinqiao point (that is, Yin Hui point) is correct, please ask for guidance. The dragon belongs to wood, and wood makes a fire, which means the god in the heart; Tiger belongs to gold, and gold gives birth to water, which is a metaphor for kidney. Refining qi and keeping wisdom in him, kidney water burns the heart, twisting the gods, and the true yin and the true yang collide, which is quite vivid. There are scriptures that call this place nothingness. This nothingness is located behind the navel, in front of the waist, under the heart and above the kidney, in a vast position. Never hold on to a place. The first achievement is to silence love and sweep away distractions. Eliminating distractions is the first step to build a foundation and improve yourself. When the heart is removed, the heavenly heart will come back. If people want to be clean, then heaven will always exist. Be quiet for a while every day. When your body and mind are stable and your breath is peaceful, you will close your eyes slightly. Hanging a curtain to see the heart and kidney is between one inch and three points, that is, never leaving, never forgetting to help, all thoughts are exhausted, and one spirit is alone. This is called mindfulness. Time is also in this kind of thinking, splashing lively. In the air, leisurely. Call it up, not rushing to the heart, call it down, not rushing to the kidney. A closed monarch, all the way. One, seven, twenty-seven lines, naturally, the two kidneys are gradually steaming, and the abdomen is warm. This entrance refers to the middle of the heart and kidney (between heaven and earth). Wang Daoyuan's "Collection of Returning to the Truth" said: "Xuan is full of kidney, liver in the west and lung in the east, impartial and independent." Others say that the entrance is the abdomen. Some people think that the kidney here refers to the external kidney. "Subcardiac kidney" actually refers to the distance from Zhongshan point (under the heart) to the root of the jade stem (above the external kidney). I measured this part with a ruler, which is exactly eight inches and a quarter (I am the standard height of China people). In the middle of this part is the traditional Zhonggong Huang Ting (from the front to the navel * to the rear). Infinite secrets are all vented here. Why didn't you realize it? Others think: under the heart, on the kidney. The so-called "going out of the palace to settle down, seeking metaphysical meaning from Kanyu, not from the body" is the so-called reversal of Li Kan's wonderful use in the second half. Xie Thought: Huang's "Dan Fa" says: "There is no other way but to sit with one heart and pay attention to it. There seems to be a gap under the heart and above the kidney. The gods shine on each other, and the rest often return, letting them come and go, but focusing on qi is the main thing, that is, the so-called governance in Dan's book. The kidney here refers to yin deficiency without strangeness; The heart here refers to the glowing heart under the curtain, and the heart is under the navel. God shines with God, and the rest often returns, that is, the heart depends on each other. Qiu Ling thinks that this passage is selected from the first chapter of Huang Yuanji's annotation on Tao Te Ching in his book "Nourishing Mind and Doing Static Exercises". Cavity refers to a transformation formed under meditation and above the kidney, including the lower abdomen. Some experts believe that "heart" refers to the heart socket, and "kidney" refers to a point at the junction of the inner kidney and the outer kidney. Its position is in the lower abdomen-one inch and three points of the navel. But here, "under the heart and kidney" not only refers to an inch and a third of the umbilical cord, but also refers to an image of not going up and down, not going inside and not going back and forth, in order to achieve a lively and natural purpose. Ordinary qigong generally only pursues the former, so it is easy to become a defender.
