Difference between two fabrics and one membrane and one fabric and one membrane composite geomembrane
Two fabrics and one membrane is a composite geomembrane.

Two fabrics and one membrane are impervious materials made of plastic film and geotextile by heat sealing. Its impermeability mainly depends on the impermeability of plastic film.

Two kinds of fabrics in the film: short fiber geotextile, long fiber geotextile and woven fabric.

Specification: width 1-6m, roll length 50- 100m, unit area weight 300-2800g/m2.

(1) overlap: the overlap width should be greater than15cm; (2) Hot melting: it is suitable for geogrids with a little thickness, and the lap width of the weld is not less than 10CM.

Uses of two fabrics and one membrane: used in water conservancy, transportation, tunnels, airports, metallurgical tailings, garbage disposal sites, roof seepage prevention and other reinforcement projects.

One cloth and one membrane is one of the anti-seepage materials of composite geomembrane.

The mass per unit area of each film cloth ranges from100g/m2 to 600g/m2,

Generally, the fabrics used for one cloth and one membrane are short fiber geotextile, long fiber geotextile and plastic geotextile. The thickness of the film varies from 0.20 mm to 2.50 mm. The color of the film is divided into white and black.

One cloth and one film can meet the needs of seepage prevention, isolation, reinforcement, crack prevention and reinforcement in civil engineering such as water conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel and engineering construction.

Coated joints in seepage control engineering can be divided into lap joints and thermal welding joints.

Features of one cloth and one membrane: geotextile has good water permeability, effectively retaining the loss of sand. Geotextiles have good water conductivity and can form drainage channels in soil, leaving excess liquid and gas in soil structure. Geotextiles are used to enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil, enhance the stability of building structures and improve soil quality. Concentrated stress can be effectively diffused, transmitted or decomposed to prevent soil from being damaged by external forces. Prevent the upper and lower layers of gravel, soil and concrete from mixing. The net is not easily blocked. Due to the formation of amorphous fiber structure, the network structure is flexible and dynamic.

Uses: Mainly used in water conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel and other civil engineering and engineering construction, such as seepage prevention, isolation, reinforcement, crack reinforcement and so on.
