Basic requirements of GPU waterborne polyurethane mortar ground system
In order to ensure the long-term performance and durability of the GPU waterborne polyurethane mortar floor system, we must ensure that the base meets the following key requirements before starting construction.

waterproof treatment

Ensure that the ground plane is waterproof. If there is no waterproof layer, we need to use GNT special sealing resin for moisture-proof treatment before construction to lay a solid foundation for the system.

concrete strength

Cement surface needs to be polished by integral beater or leveled by virgin pulp to ensure the strength of concrete reaches above C25. This can ensure the stability and durability of the ground system.

flatness

Powder finish should be as flat as possible, and the measured flatness should be less than 2mm/2m. This can avoid uneven ground during use.

Weak level

There should be no weak layer such as low-strength cement mortar leveling layer above the foundation concrete. These weak links may affect the stability of the whole system.

Clean and dense

The base surface must be clean, dense and free from chemical pollution. Any pollutant may have a negative impact on the performance and service life of the system.

relative water content

Before construction, ensure that the relative moisture content of the plain surface after grass-roots maintenance is less than 8%. This is a necessary condition to ensure the construction quality of grounding system.
