Diet should be moderate, food should be miscellaneous, balanced, nutritious, and don't be picky, just weigh your intentions. Eat in moderation (according to your stomach). Buddhism has taught you not to eat at noon. We ordinary people can eat less for dinner, mainly porridge.
Cold, warm and hungry, normal daily life. "Inner Diameter" says: "Wise people keep in good health, and cold and heat should be adjusted at four seasons." Eat vegetables in the four seasons, and don't eat or eat less vegetables and fruits that are out of season. Food, clothing, housing and transportation are the top priority of health care, and food is a good medicine for health care.
To sum up, there are three plates: season, rhythm and temperance.
Sleep is a good medicine. This is a treasure book of TCM health preservation. In winter and March, go to bed early and get up early, and get more sunshine.
Proper exercise. Remember an old saying: an inch of tendon can prolong life for ten years.
Seasonal vegetables and fruits in winter: green pepper, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, onion, cauliflower, carrot, radish, celery, spinach, mustard and lettuce. Fruits: oranges, oranges, grapefruit, winter dates, sugar cane, Sakyamuni, etc.
