In order to further promote the strategy of strengthening the region with talents, combined with the demand of regional economic and social development for high-quality professionals, it is decided to introduce talents to regional colleges and universities through research. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Introduction Plan
It is planned to introduce 22 people. For details of post, quantity and professional requirements, please refer to the Talent Introduction Schedule of Longfeng District of Daqing City in 2022 (see Annex 1). For the professional catalogue, please refer to the Guidance Catalogue for Professional Setting of Civil Servants in Heilongjiang Province (see Annex 2).
Second, qualifications.
(1) Registration conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics;
3. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
4. Undergraduate students under 25 years old (born on or after May 1996), master students under 28 years old (born on or after May 1993) and doctoral students under 33 years old (1988+May 65438).
5. Deadline for calculating academic qualifications such as age, academic qualifications and household registration. The recruitment time is May 2022 19 (including that day). Graduates in 2022 need to obtain corresponding diplomas before August 3, 20221. Those who fail to provide it within the time limit shall be regarded as giving up and canceling the employment qualification;
6. It is necessary to obtain a degree corresponding to the qualification for the examination;
7. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) No application shall be made under any of the following circumstances.
1. Newly recruited civil servants or staff of public institutions whose probation period and minimum service period are not full;
2. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been expelled from public office;
3. Persons who have been found to have cheating or dishonest records in the civil service examinations at all levels and the recruitment examinations of public institutions and have not been dealt with for a full period;
4. Persons suspected of violating discipline and law who are being examined by relevant specialized agencies and have not yet reached a conclusion;
5. Persons included in the list of people who have lost their trust;
6. Other circumstances that may not be employed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Three. Registration methods and procedures
Registration takes the form of online registration. You can register from the date of this announcement. The deadline for registration is May 3, 20221.
Fourth, the introduction method
This talent introduction adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The total score is 100, and the written test and interview scores each account for 50%.
(1) Written examination
The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, with a full score of 100. The specific examination time, place and related matters shall be subject to the written examination admission ticket. Posts with the ratio of applicants to referees less than 3: 1 will be reduced or cancelled in proportion.
(2) Interview
1. Screening principle. After the written test, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low, and the ratio of the number of people participating in the interview to the number of people in the introduction plan is 3: 1. If the online written test scores of the same position are tied, the number of interviewers for this position will increase accordingly.
On-site qualification confirmation is required before the interview, and the materials required by the candidates (see Annex 4). If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue or the above materials are not provided, which will affect the results of qualification confirmation, the interview qualification will be cancelled and the candidates in the corresponding positions will be replenished in turn according to the written test results.
After on-site qualification confirmation, if the ratio of the number of interviewees to the introduction plan is less than 3: 1, the introduction plan will be reduced or cancelled in proportion.
2. interview method. The interview was conducted in a structured way, with full score of 100. The specific time and place of the interview and related matters will be notified separately.
(3) Physical examination and assessment. According to the total score of the examination, the candidates for the medical examination are determined according to the ratio of the number of people who have introduced the plan to the number of people who have undergone the medical examination: 1: 1. If the same post is tied for the total score of the online exam, it is determined that the person with the highest interview score will enter the physical examination and assessment. The contents and health standards of physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of State Civil Servants. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will not be introduced, and the resulting vacancies will not be filled.
(4) publicity and employment. According to the total score, physical examination and assessment results, the candidates to be introduced are determined and publicized on the website of Longfeng District People's Government for 7 working days. During the publicity period, if there are problems reflected and verified to cancel the introduction qualification, the resulting vacancies will not be filled. If there is no objection to the personnel to be introduced at the expiration of the publicity period, the transfer and employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. Probation period 1 year, with a minimum service life of 5 years (including probation period).
