Sydney: 400 grams

working methods
1. Wash Cordyceps sinensis with clear water for later use. Peel and core Sydney and cut it into small pieces. The size depends on personal preference and the size of tableware at home.
2. Put Cordyceps sinensis and Sydney together in a saucepan and add appropriate amount of water.
3. Then continue to stew after the fire is boiled 10 minutes.
