Zhu Zongxiang, 1923 was born in Beijing (formerly Beiping) in February. 1943 graduated from chemistry department of China university. After graduation, he worked for a period of time to extract gasoline from vegetable oil and tung oil. 65438-0947, taught in the Department of Physiology of Beijing Medical College, engaged in physiological research. From 65438 to 0954, he was transferred to the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine to engage in physiological research. 1969 responded to the "626" instruction of President Mao Zedong and went to the Baishui Commune Health Center in Pingliang, Gansu Province to provide medical services for the people. 1972 transferred to Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In response to Premier Zhou's call, he began to study the human meridian system in this year, and then engaged in meridian research for nearly 30 years. He used three methods to verify the objective facts of the existence of meridians, creatively combined the essence of Chinese medicine theory with modern self-medicine methods in the process of confirming meridians, and successfully introduced "3 12 meridian therapy". In order to make more sick middle-aged and elderly people recover soon, he has been insisting on promoting this self-active health care method for many years, which has benefited millions of people so far. He has published books such as Biophysics of Acupuncture and Meridian-Scientific Verification of China's First Invention.
