Exercise 1:

Ingredients: 500g sparerib, 50g soybean, jujube 10, 20g astragalus root, 20g medulla tetrapanacis, ginger slices and refined salt.

Steps:

1, wash the ribs, chop them, put them in a boiling water pot, take them out, wash them and control the water. Wash soybeans, jujubes and ginger. Cleaning Radix Astragali and medulla Tetrapanacis, and packaging with gauze.

Steps:

1. Wash soybeans, soak them in warm water for 3 hours, and then dry them. Wash the medlar, chop and blanch the ribs, and slice the ginger for later use.

2, take a clean pot on the fire, add water, ribs, soybeans, medlar, ginger, simmer for 40 minutes after the fire is boiled.
