Content introduction:

Stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern times and precipitate your impetuous heart.

From the great wisdom of Confucian philosophers, we can learn ancient and mysterious health recipes.

In the modern society with increasingly rich materials, why is it increasingly difficult for people to obtain physical and mental health? Is it really the right way to maintain health by blindly carrying out diet therapy, massage, acupuncture and yoga? ..... In view of the doubts and controversies of modern people about health preservation, the famous scholar Gong Pengcheng went deep into this book, guiding readers to the main source of health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine-Confucianism, and letting readers pursue the true meaning of health preservation from the thoughts of sages accumulated for thousands of years.

In this book, the author introduces the origin and main methods of Confucian health preservation in detail, and emphasizes the importance of "nourishing the heart" by analyzing the principle of Confucian health preservation-benevolence leads to longevity. What's commendable is that the author has carefully extracted many health-preserving golden words from Confucian classics such as The Analects of Confucius, Mencius and Yijing, supplemented by easy-to-understand notes, so that ordinary readers can truly appreciate the subtlety of Confucian health-preserving thoughts.
