The results show that the near-field electric field intensity can reach several thousand volts/meter, and the near-field magnetic field intensity can reach several micro-Tesla to several hundred micro-Tesla. Because there is no relevant standard in China, a considerable proportion of products in China seriously exceed the standard if evaluated according to the national standard of 0.2 micro Tesla in Switzerland, Sweden and other countries.

Another expert said that at present, electromagnetic induction cooker products sold in China are rarely submitted for inspection, and almost all of them are exported to international markets such as the European Union, the United States and Japan. This is because the United States and other countries have mandatory international standards for products, and although China requires enterprises to implement this standard in principle, it lacks mandatory measures.
