1. Rice is cooked into porridge. Wash ginkgo, soak until soft, blanch thoroughly, remove and drain. Peel the wax gourd and cut it into thick slices for use.
2. Add the broth and Jiang Mo to the pot, bring to a boil, then add porridge, gingko, salt and pepper, bring to a boil with strong fire, add wax gourd slices, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
