At this time, bathing will increase the blood flow of skin and muscles, and there is not enough blood in the stomach, which will affect the digestion and absorption of food. Although bathing is not strenuous exercise, for the elderly with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, taking a bath immediately after meals may cause heart ischemia and trigger a sudden attack of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. So it's best to take a bath one or two hours after meals. You can choose the bath time according to your own constitution. For example, the elderly with weak constitution can choose to take a bath at noon when the yang is strong, which can achieve complementary effects and is not easy to get sick.
