Pulsatilla chinensis is a perennial herb of Ranunculaceae, with rhizome, oval leaves and blue-purple calyx. Aliases are helpless grass, pink milk grass, bald grass, old aunt grass and so on.
It is distributed in hills, slopes and fields in Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Heilongjiang provinces. Pulsatilla chinensis can be naturally planted in gardens, used to decorate flower beds, both sides of roads, or dotted in glades. It is an ideal ground cover plant variety.
