Sanzang Sanbu for three or nine days
The so-called "Sanzang" refers to three aspects that people should pay attention to during the three or nine days:

The so-called "three supplements" refer to the three major supplements in the winter diet: Cordyceps sinensis, ginseng and attached tablets.
One is to replenish qi deficiency. Qi deficiency: 5 pieces of Cordyceps sinensis, 3 ~ 5g of stewed chicken with ginseng.
Second, blood deficiency. Blood deficiency: angelica 10g, stewed ginger mutton soup.
Three tonic yang deficiency. Yang deficiency: eat more dog meat and mutton. Severe yang deficiency: 10g prepared auxiliary material, pork, first cook the auxiliary material for 2 hours, then cook it with meat 1 hour, and eat soup and meat.
In addition, Chinese medicine experts also suggest that people can take a deep breath in the east within three or nine days to supplement the yang, so that Yang can enter the human body from Laogong point and directly nourish our heart and lungs; When the sun is about to set in the evening, people should turn their backs on the sunset, let the yang enter the human body from the "brain-door point" and directly nourish our kidneys. In addition, people can eat more chicken soup, beef mutton soup, pork soup, eel, leek and so on.
