Respect, quiet and clean.
Judging from these three words, Confucianism stresses respect, Taoism stresses quietness, and Buddhism stresses purity. From the level of cultivation, I think one is higher than the other.
Second, cultivate one's morality and cultivate one's mind.
Confucianism pays more attention to self-cultivation, Taoism pays attention to practicing qi, and Buddhism mainly cultivates the mind.
Although Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism can barely explain these two differences from the initial level, if health care reaches the highest level, the three families will have the same destination, that is, preserving shape, nourishing qi and nourishing heart. This is the highest state of health.
