What is faster and more nutritious for breakfast?
The best combination of breakfast should be both carbohydrates and protein. It is best to eat complex carbohydrates, such as whole wheat bread and oatmeal, which can make blood sugar more stable. You can eat some high-protein foods (such as ham and eggs) or other carbohydrates (all kinds of porridge, bread, biscuits and fruits) first, and then drink a glass of milk. (Be careful not to drink milk on an empty stomach) Here are some simple and quick ways to make breakfast:

1, rice or millet noodle porridge (the ground noodles of rice and millet can be mixed together for later use to solve the problem of no time to cook rice soup in the morning), bread and eggs. Plus a glass of milk.

2. Oats (there are instant bagged oatmeal in the mall) porridge, steamed bread, ham sausage and pickles. Plus a glass of milk.

3. Soymilk (you can put the soaked beans into the soymilk machine the night before and operate it directly the next morning), fried eggs (that is, fried on one side), and so on. Plus a glass of milk.

4. Egg white soup, snacks or fried steamed bread, cold dishes. Plus a glass of milk.

5. Go out and buy some delicious breakfast.
