Commonly used single Chinese herbal medicines with the function of dissolving and removing stones include Lysimachia christinae, Lygodium japonicum, Pyrrosia, Talcum, Malvaceae, Polygonum Aviculare, Dianthus Dianthi, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, Stigma Maydis, Achyranthes bidentata, Plantago, etc. Generally, it can improve the curative effect on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.

What are the common Paishi soups?

Type I urolithiasis. The clinical features are: dull or dull pain in the waist; Or urination is interrupted, and the pain is severe, and the pain is relieved after sand discharge; Or colic, which leads to less abdomen, frequent attacks, dark red tongue or ecchymosis.

(3) Liuwei Dihuang Pill (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Corni Fructus, Poria, Alisma orientalis, Cortex Moutan, Malvaceae, Dianthus Dianthi, Talcum each 10g). This recipe can promote qi circulation, nourish yin and tonify kidney, relieve stranguria and expel stones, and is mainly suitable for "kidney yin deficiency"

Type I urolithiasis. Clinical manifestations are: dizziness, tinnitus, backache and leg pain, dripping or uncomfortable urine, insomnia and dreaminess, sometimes low fever, palpitation and shortness of breath, vexation and fever, red tongue or less fur.
