Almost. In my opinion, it's the same trouble. I can't drink milk because of lactose intolerance. I used to drink soy milk every day. Soymilk machine was used at first. Later, I once drank the soybean milk powder given by my colleague to Yonghe soybean milk and threw it aside. It is really convenient to brew directly, and the nutrition is the same as that of fresh soybean milk. They also have my cereal and soy milk at home now, so I really don't have to bother to make it myself.
