How to make healthy glutinous rice beef soup
Materials:

Stewed beef 450g, diced, oxtail 1 root, 4 tbsp of coix seed, 3 carrots, peeled, onion 1 root, not whole, 3 celery, and a little salt for seasoning.

Exercise:

1. Add beef, oxtail, coix seed and carrot into a 6-liter soup pot; Add water to within 5 cm from the top of the pot. After boiling, reduce the fire and simmer 1 hour.

2. Put onion and celery into the pot, season with salt and stew for 2 hours.

3. Remove onions, carrots, bones and celery, and eat them with crusty bread while it is hot.
