The pharmacological effects of longan pulp are as follows:
(1) bacteriostasis. The aqueous solution of longan pulp has inhibitory effect on Microsporum Dujuan and Shigella dysenteriae.
(2) Anti-cancer effect. In vitro tests showed that the inhibition rate of some drugs reached 90%.
