In order to adapt to a series of physiological changes after cholecystectomy, patients should pay special attention to their diet:
1. Fasting after operation
Because the gastrointestinal tract is stimulated, peristalsis is reduced, liver function is inhibited, and bile secretion is reduced, which will affect the function of the whole digestive system. Therefore, strict fasting and various nutrition supplements should be given by intravenous drip on/0/2 days after operation. From the third day, liquid food such as rice soup, soybean milk, lotus root starch, fruit juice, etc. Can be given according to the situation, and then gradually changed to skim milk with sweet bread, rice porridge, tofu soup, jujube paste, pasta.
2. After1month, we should reduce the intake of fatty foods and fast high-fat foods and fried foods.
Some people think that the past low-fat diet can be changed by removing the "focus", which is wrong. After cholecystectomy, it will lose the function of regulating bile discharge into the intestine, which will weaken the digestion ability of fat accordingly. Especially, it is beyond our power to digest a lot of fatty foods in a short time, which is easy to cause abdominal distension, diarrhea and indigestion. Reducing fat intake mainly refers to eating as little fat, animal offal, egg yolk and fried food as possible, which is not suitable for eating all kinds of "fast food" with high fat and high calorie. Use as little animal oil as possible when cooking, and increase vegetable oil appropriately. The dishes are mainly steamed, stewed and cold. Eat less fried and fried vegetables, especially spicy food and alcohol, so as to reduce the adverse stimulation to the biliary tract.
3. Gradually strengthen nutrition
After cholecystectomy 1 month, the diet should not be too light, and necessary nutritional supplements will help patients recover as soon as possible after operation. After several weeks of adaptation and compensation, the common bile duct connecting the liver and small intestine gradually expanded, replacing the gallbladder's function of storing bile. If there is no abnormality in digestive function, you can eat a normal diet. Appropriately increase protein's intake and eat some diets with high protein content. Eat lean meat, aquatic products, fish and beans every day, preferably drink 1 cup of milk. If you are not used to eating milk or fish, you can eat more soy products and mushrooms to make up for the lack of animal protein. In principle, it is not advisable to consume too much fat and cholesterol after cholecystectomy, but it is not necessary to restrict fat excessively, because a certain amount of fat in the intestine is necessary to stimulate bile secretion, expand the volume of the common bile duct and keep the biliary tract unobstructed. In addition, eating more foods rich in fiber and vitamins is also very beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients.
4. appropriately increase the number of meals
Pay attention not to eat more every meal, especially within 3 to 6 months after operation. It is better to eat 4 meals a day. Eating less and eating more can reduce the burden on the digestive system and help to restore health after operation. It is best to be jealous every day, because vinegar can enhance the digestive ability of the stomach and adjust the pH in the intestine, thus helping bile to play its role and promoting the digestion of fatty foods. Drinking tea regularly and eating more fruits and vegetables are also helpful to the digestion and absorption of food.
