Material: 250g of semi-oil pork trotters tendon.
Seasoning: salad oil, pepper, ginger slices, onion segments, monosodium glutamate, salt, yellow wine and fresh soup.
Exercise:
1. Cut pig's trotters into 6cm long, put them in boiling water for a while, then take them out for a shower and drain them;
2. Take a large casserole, pour the trotters' tendons, butter, fresh soup, salt and monosodium glutamate into it, boil it, skim off the floating foam, then cover the pot, and continue to burn until the trotters' tendons become waxy;
3. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the onion and ginger, remove them, pour the cooked oil into the casserole, continue to cook, and sprinkle with pepper after the soup becomes milky white.
Efficacy: strengthen bones and muscles and moisturize skin.
Second, stir-fried kidney flowers
Ingredients: 2 pieces of pork loin
Seasoning: 6g of light soy sauce, 2g of pepper 1 g, 2g of sesame oil, 2g of balsamic vinegar and 2g of salt, 3g of onion, 5g of salad oil100g, 5g of water starch and 0g of cooking wine10g.
Exercise:
1, wash pork tenderloin, cut it with a knife first, then cut it into diamond-shaped pieces, add water starch and cooking wine and stir;
2. When the oil pan is heated to four degrees, pour the kidney flower and take it out with oil;
3. Add onion to the oil pan, stir fry, pour in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and cooking wine, thicken after boiling, then pour in kidney flower and stir fry evenly, put on a plate, pour in sesame oil and sprinkle with pepper.

Third, beef brisket in clear soup.
Ingredients: 400g of bamboo shoots and beef brisket.
Seasoning: pepper, ginger, onion, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooking wine.
Exercise:
1, beef brisket is washed and cut into pieces, and bamboo shoots are also washed and blanched;
2. Pour the brisket, water, cooking wine, ginger and onion into the pot, bring to a boil over high fire, stew until crisp and rotten, then add bamboo shoots, season with salt and monosodium glutamate, and sprinkle with pepper.

Ingredients: red pepper 1, Coprinus comatus 100g, sliced beef 400g, and carrot.
Seasoning: starch, pepper, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, salt, ginger slices and oil.
Exercise:
1, blanch Coprinus comatus, remove the pedicel of red pepper, clean and slice, add cooking wine, starch and salt to beef slices, and stir well;
