Liubiju Sauce Garden began in the 9th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (AD 1530) and has a history of 484 years since 20 14. It is one of the oldest and most famous time-honored brands in Beijing. As the saying goes: "Seven things to open the door: rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea." These seven things are essential to people's daily life. The shop of the Zhao brothers was named Liubiju because it didn't sell tea. Liubiju Soy Sauce Garden is located at No.3 Liangdian Street, Qianmen. Its facade is made of ancient wooden structure in China, which was rebuilt in 1994, and still maintains the antique architectural style.
