Three points should be paid attention to in spring diet: eat more sweets, eat less sour food, eat more vegetables and supplement more protein.

Raw materials: 2 sea cucumbers, 40g oats, 5 red kidney beans, Gordon Euryale seeds 10, 24 yam seeds (6mm× 6mm), millet seeds 10, and 5 purple potatoes (6x6mm).

Seasoning: chicken soup 200ml, cucumber juice 10ml, salt 1g, sugar 1g, starch.

Exercise:

Blanch onion and ginger in 1 pot, blanch live sea cucumber, take out and cut into 12 pieces. Cook the sea cucumber in chicken soup for later use.

Oats, red kidney beans, gordon euryales and millet are also simmered in chicken soup for later use. Put the yam and purple sweet potato into a pot and steam them for later use.
