Practice of barley and red bean porridge
Preparation materials: red beans, coix seed, medlar, red dates, raisins and rock sugar.

1. Wash red beans and barley and put them on a baking tray. As shown in the figure below.

2. Bake at180℃ 15 minutes, then take out and cool.

3. Put it into a cooking machine and squeeze it into powder. As shown in the figure below.

4. Add the prepared seasoning. As shown in the figure below.

5. Pour in boiling water and stir well. As shown in the figure below.
