What are the practices and ingredients of zongzi?
The practice of jujube jiaozi:

Preparation materials: 500g glutinous rice, 0/50g red dates/kloc-,appropriate amount of sugar and appropriate amount of olive oil.

1. Blanch the leaves in boiling water, take them out, wash them with clear water, and cut off the roots of the leaves with scissors. See the figure below:

2. Soak the glutinous rice in clear water for 3-4 hours, then take it out, wash it and control the moisture, add appropriate amount of sugar and olive oil and mix well. See the figure below:

3. Roll the processed leaves into a funnel shape, add glutinous rice to half of the funnel, and add the red dates with the core removed. See the figure below:

4. put another handful of glutinous rice to cover the red dates. See the figure below:

5. Fold the leaves in one direction and completely wrap the glutinous rice. See the figure below:

6. Fold it into a triangle and tie it with cotton thread. See the figure below:

7. Wrap all the zongzi in turn. See the figure below:

8. Put the zongzi into a pressure cooker and add water to the surface of the zongzi. See the figure below:

9. Cook for 3-4 hours. See the figure below:
