What's the matter with all the lights on but no heating in the health pot?
The light of the health pot is fully turned on but not heated, which is caused by the lack of electric heating tube circuit in the power supply, the impassable circuit of the heating pipe, the open circuit or poor contact between the power cord and the base socket, etc.

The lights of the health pot are all on, but they are not heated because the power supply is not connected to the electric heating tube circuit. When overhauling, you can first measure the resistance of L and N ends of the 3-core plug on the base power cord with a multimeter R× 10.

Under normal circumstances, the resistance is ∞ when the reset switch is not pressed, and the corresponding resistance is about 32 Ω when the button of 1500W electric kettle is pressed. If the resistance is still ∞ after pressing the button, it means that the heating pipe circuit is not working.

At this time, the resistance at both ends of the 3-core plug N and L of the kettle body can be measured again, and the normal value is the same as above. If the measurement results are normal, the fault is in the base part. Check the connection between the power cord and the base socket for open circuit or poor contact. The basic structure is simple and the fault can be found quickly.

If the measured resistance is still ∞, it means that the fault lies in the pot circuit, and the handle cover assembly should be disassembled for maintenance. The focus is on power (reset) switch and insulation switch. Use multimeter R× 1 to check whether the switch action and contact are good.

If it is found that its action is bad, check whether the bending angle of the temperature sensor uvula and the position of the switch connecting rod are normal, otherwise it should be corrected separately. If the switch works normally and the contact cannot be connected, it means that the switch reed or contact is damaged, and the switch box can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance.
