Can adults learn Taekwondo?
Taekwondo has no age limit. If you are healthy, you can learn, but the older you get, the slower your progress may be. It may take some time to get used to it.

The black belt is a symbol of taekwondo masters, a manifestation of strength, and an honor and responsibility. The black belt segment is divided into one to nine segments. The first to third paragraphs are black belt novice positions, the fourth to sixth paragraphs are advanced positions, and the seventh to ninth paragraphs can only be awarded to outstanding people with high academic attainments and significant contributions to the development of Taekwondo. Players with more than one black belt are eligible to participate in international competitions. ?

Leucorrhea (10): Leucorrhea represents blank. Practitioners don't have any knowledge and foundation of Taekwondo, and everything starts from scratch.

Leucorrhea and Yellow Belt (recently increased by 9 grades): It means that after a period of training, practitioners have mastered the basic knowledge of Taekwondo, learned some basic techniques, and started the transition from leucorrhea to yellow belt.

Yellow Belt (Grade 8): The yellow belt is the color of the earth, just like plants taking root and sprouting in the soil. At this stage, we should lay a good foundation and learn the spirit of the earth. ?

Yellow-green belt (level 7): the level between yellow belt and green belt, and the skills of practitioners are constantly improving.

Green Belt (Grade 6): The green belt is the color of plants, indicating that the taekwondo skills of practitioners are getting better and better.

Green belt-blue belt (level 5): the transition zone between green belt and blue belt, and the level of practitioners is between green belt and blue belt.

Blue ribbon (level 4): The blue ribbon is the color of the sky. With continuous training, practitioners' Taekwondo skills gradually mature, growing towards the sky like a tree, and practicing Taekwondo has been completely introduced.

Blue-red belt (level 3): the level of practitioners is slightly higher than the blue belt, slightly lower than the red belt, and between the blue belt and the red belt.

Red Belt (Level 2): Red is the color of danger and caution. Practitioners already have considerable attack ability and pose a threat to their opponents. Pay attention to cultivation and control.

Red and Black Belt (1 level): After a long period of systematic training, practitioners have completed all the courses before 1 level and started the transition from red belt to black belt.

Black belt: Black belt means that practitioners have matured their technical movements and ideological accomplishment after a long period of training. It also symbolizes that the black belt of Taekwondo is not affected by darkness and fear. ?

The black belt symbolizes maturity and absorbs a lot of experience. There is also a saying that the belt of Taekwondo can't be cleaned (ancient Taekwondo etiquette), and it is dotted with sweat and dirt accumulated over the years. The darker the belt, the longer the practice time.
