Fifth, standardize the approval and filing procedures for farms, implement epidemic prevention measures for farms, completely ban the direct use of kitchen waste to feed pigs, strictly implement the supervision of livestock and poultry transportation, strengthen environmental supervision and law enforcement, strengthen the water quality monitoring of slaughterhouses (fields) and large-scale farms, and increase environmental supervision and law enforcement by means of spot checks and special inspections.
