Strong talents and strong enterprises. This is a generally accepted concept. Based on my working experience in the enterprise, I talk about the thinking of implementing talent strategy in the enterprise.

First, further establish the concept of "internationalization of talents". At present, China is more closely linked with the global economy, and domestic enterprises have to face the competition from multinational enterprises. Similarly, we need a large number of export-oriented talents to implement the "going out" strategy. Therefore, we must cultivate and introduce talents in line with international practices and train talents according to the standards of participating in international competition, so that our talents can not only make great achievements at home, but also compete internationally. This is the direction that many enterprises need to work together. We should increase the investment in high-end market, further break through the technical bottleneck, realize the leap from "Made in China" to "Created in China", and create more "China R&D", "China Design", "China Service" and "China Brand". Compared with the reality gap, what we lack now is innovative talents, innovative mechanism and innovative spirit. Among them, talents with international vision are the key.

Second, further establish the concept that "talents are living resources". In the market competition, there is a surplus of products, and the market economy itself is a surplus economy, but there is a shortage of talents. What is talent? A diploma is not necessarily a talent, but a talent that meets the needs of enterprise development. That is, "small companies need Guan, Zhang and Zhao (independent generals), while large companies need Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang (entrepreneurs and professional managers)". The talents mentioned here are not only technical talents, but also sales talents, management talents and excellent operational talents, while academic leaders and industry leaders are more advanced talents, which can not be met. Some enterprises rely on the introduction of a talent, focusing on a product, a technology, thus creating a field and driving an industry. This is a good experience.

The best way for enterprises to acquire talents is to cultivate themselves, not just to recruit. At present, there is a serious overcapacity in many industries in China. Everyone is still working on the new project in Malaysia, and the investment in equipment has increased. Where are the talents? We can only rely on "takenism" to dig the corner of peer companies. The demand for talents in the industry is infinite, but the outstanding talents in the industry are limited, which is far from meeting the demand. Enterprises should cultivate talents on their own. Therefore, enterprises should have two production lines in parallel, one for manufacturing products and the other for manufacturing talents. We should vigorously create an atmosphere of respecting talents, knowledge, labor and creation, and form a good situation in which talents come forth in large numbers, people make the best use of their talents and talents. We should not only ensure the stability of the core talent team of the enterprise, but also strengthen the construction of talent echelon to cultivate talents for the future of the enterprise, especially professionals who agree with corporate vision and values.

Third, further strengthen the concept of "following people". The development of enterprises depends not only on the quality and quantity of talents, but also on the efficiency of the use of talents. Everyone said that we should keep people through feelings, treatment and career. For real talents, what is more important is the stage of career development. Enterprises should provide broad display space for talents. No matter production or scientific research, every link should be centered on "talents", and their capital allocation and resource allocation are "people-oriented". Where the talents are, the focus of the enterprise is where other resources flow, so that the allocation of production factors is always in the best state. Talent is based on use and must not be belittled. Enterprises should establish special funds for human resources development for high-level personnel training, introduction of talents in short supply and reward of outstanding talents.
