Exercise:
1. Wash and soak red beans for one night, and soak glutinous rice for several hours.
2. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and red beans and stir together. Add a little edible alkali and stir well.
4. Take two washed rice leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, and put them into the mixed rice material for compaction.
5. Press the two sides of the leaves with your fingers, fold the upper leaves to cover the rice, and press the leaves on both sides with your fingers.
6. Fold the long leaves back. Tie the zongzi with brown hemp and cut off the extra leaves.
7. The wrapped jiaozi should be soaked in clear water. When all the jiaozi are packed, join jiaozi. This is a clear water pressure cooker fire. SAIC can continue to cook for 25 minutes, and then turn off the heat. After cooling, take out and eat.
