Today, the "masters" and "heads" of many sects can't tell what "internal strength" is. What is internal strength? The author believes that internal strength is an advanced martial arts training method that is highly coordinated with breathing, thinking and movement. Through correct training methods and spiritual hints, it can induce and stimulate people's potential and surpass ordinary people's functions.

Real internal skills are easy to learn and learn quickly, which can improve the lethality and combat capability of any attack part in a short time and play a decisive role in health preservation and fitness. Here is a brief introduction to the unique internal strength training method of our school-Zhengdao Primary Internal Strength:

Step 1: ① Legs are shoulder width apart, and hands naturally descend to the pituitary gland. Touch your toes against the wall and stand against the wall. Eyes slightly closed, concentrate on breathing twelve breaths (that is, the abdomen is concave when inhaling, the abdomen is convex when exhaling, and one breath is one breath) to prepare for practice.

② Shoulder slightly flexed, nose touching the wall, knee slightly touching the wall. When inhaling, slowly squat down and inhale slowly to the lower abdomen (under the navel) until the buttocks touch the heel. The whole process is inhalation.

③ When standing up, exhale slowly and stand up slowly.

Attention: ① From beginning to end, actions and breathing must be coordinated, that is, the breath should be sucked to the end, the breath should be exhausted when standing up straight, and the mind should be kept in the lower abdomen. ② Nose, knees and toes should not leave the wall from beginning to end, especially the head should not tilt left and right (that is, eyes can't look left and right), otherwise the spine will tilt and the curative effect will be affected. ③ Breathe as slowly as possible on the premise that the chest is not stuffy.

Although this method is simple, most people can't squat when they practice for the first time. At this time, they can stand their feet wider than their shoulders without affecting the efficacy. After being able to stand down, gradually close your feet and practice until your feet stand together. You can still squat without shoes and socks, which is a preliminary success.

When I was just learning, squatting once or twice would make me feel as hard as walking a few kilometers with a weight of 100 kilograms. Practicing this skill frequently will naturally achieve the effect of sinking the abdomen. Long-term abdominal exercises will be full of energy and the pile steps will be calm and flexible. You will be more calm in the fierce actual combat confrontation, your strength will be rapid and lasting, and your whole body will be unconsciously active.

The principle of this skill is to make the abdomen full of vigor and vitality through the cultivation of Ren and Du meridians, especially to stretch and compress the neck, chest, waist, sacrum and spine, which can involve muscles, ligaments and nerves that are often unable to move. From passive exercise to active exercise, long-term natural induction is extremely sensitive, making muscles and bones tough and elastic, and not afraid of violent blows in actual combat.

Modern medicine has proved that spinal dislocation or injury can lead to many diseases. Spinal correction and reduction can relieve all kinds of neuralgia, angina pectoris, headache and dizziness. At present, many martial arts practitioners only know that the cultivation of the spine is very important for exerting strength, but they ignore that once the spine deviates (dislocates), it will cause serious visceral diseases, and the first ones are cerebrovascular diseases and cardiovascular diseases. This is all because of thousands of incorrect twisting and cutting forces on the spine, which leads to dislocation of the spine and compression of nerves and blood vessels. Many painful examples should be paid enough attention to.

In addition, many people who practice martial arts will gain a lot of weight at the age of 50. Obesity is the source of many diseases (note: obesity itself is a disease), and this work has a very obvious effect on losing weight.

The first step is successful when you can stand up and down barefoot for 49 times. At this time, the actual combat is carried out, the body is light and stable, and the leg strength has the power to lift the leg and hurt people. At this time, you can go to the second step: the essentials are basically the same as the first step. The only difference is that you can practice with a dumbbell weighing 20-40 kg in each hand. When you can go up and down 49 times, the second step is successful. It's just that this weight-bearing exercise is not the "spiritual strength" of natural instinct, especially the following third step should be carried out: the rest is the same as the first step, except that you put your hands behind your back and practice up and down. You can also get up and down the upper body at 49 o'clock. At this time, the whole body is psychic and mellow, and the induction is several times that of ordinary people. You can also bear the impact of ordinary people without any precautions.

At this time, the cultivation of intermediate internal skills can achieve twice the result with half the effort.

This method is not ancestral, but the selfless biography of many famous martial arts masters in the family and my experience in learning martial arts in the family for nearly 20 years. After nearly ten years of popularization and verification, it is really efficient, fast, simple and easy to learn! As long as you study hard, you will definitely get results! Never go the wrong way and mislead other people's children. My first martial arts teachers include Pang, the founder of intelligent Qigong, the first master of martial arts Qigong, the Taoist master, the sole inheritor of acupoints, and the founder of real boxing.

Second, how long will it take to practice to achieve the effect in the article?

If you go through professional training for about a month, you can stand barefoot for about 49 times; Amateur training takes about 30-60 days. At this time, the leg technique and the strength of the back and abdomen are absolutely different from those before practice. At ordinary times, whether practicing routines or fighting in actual combat, physical fitness can be significantly improved, and it is absolutely difficult for ordinary people to resist any punch. Then practice the next step one by one. Practice at least five times a day.

Third, what are the taboos for practicing this skill?

There is nothing particularly taboo about practicing this skill! You can practice anytime, anywhere, as long as there is a wall; Don't take a cold bath after practice 1 hour, remember!

4. What diseases has this work improved?

This work has obvious curative effect on severe obesity, nocturnal emission, lumbago and leg pain, gastrointestinal diseases and various internal injuries. In the process of practice, where there is no pain at ordinary times, if you suddenly feel pain after practicing for a while, that is the place where you get sick. At this time, we should keep practicing, and it will be fine if we don't feel pain and get sick. It also has a significant effect on the increase.

Second, crouching tiger, hidden dragon skill method

The main purpose of this exercise is to increase the muscle toughness of the whole body and the anti-seismic and shock-absorbing function of the internal organs, so that the whole body has no elastic resistance. After 1-2 months of hard training, the intercostal chest ribs can be plump and firm. Identification method: When practicing for 60 seconds for the first time, you can let the other person hit your ribs and abdomen hard without much feeling. After practicing for 3 minutes, you can stand up with a little strength and accept the punches and kicks of ordinary people. When you can persist for 10 minutes, you can bear the punches and kicks of several people in the fight. Can you find that those "masters" who have been practicing hard for 2-3 years are so weak? Moreover, this skill is very effective in killing the fist and enhancing the strength of the wrist and arm. For example, my disciple Ceng Jiang (Medical University of Chigang Military Academy of China People's Liberation Army) has a weightlifter in this class. He has a very strong arm and wrestles with him. Often the other party called one, two, and three lost again, asking for help, that is, teaching the skill of the above step, and turning the defeat into victory after 10. This shows the strangeness of this feat.

This work is also divided into two steps.

One-step training method: hands are one palm wide apart, the whole body is tight and straight, the arms are bent about 120 degrees, the breathing is longer than normal, the arms can't be tilted upward, and the whole body is in a line. Just stick to it? Easy to make mistakes: the arm is not bent enough, and the buttocks are replenished, which will affect the growth of skills and combat ability. Tip: If you can only stick to it for one minute on the first day, you must stick to it for one minute and five seconds tomorrow and one minute and ten seconds the day after tomorrow-this is the secret to keep your martial arts soaring. While persisting, you can memorize the annual figures, which will help you endure separation for a long time and reduce distractions.

Two-step training method: the first step can be practiced after ten days. The whole body requires unity and does not do any work. The only difference is that you can change from palm boxing to heavenly boxing and stay still. After this exercise, the understanding is a little higher, especially for those who have practiced Lu's structure, Dacheng Boxing or Xingyi and Taiji. Does it seem like deja vu? Look at this mask and think about it. What do you associate with it? -"Isn't this Gong Zhuang's martial arts and mixed pile highly respected? Isn't it? Please stand up and try in crouching tiger, hidden dragon state. I call Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon a powerful Gong Zhuang, which is more effective than those "Gong Zhuang" who relax and add ideas. One is inexplicably acquired over time, and the other is that the effect is strong on the day of practice. How to compare? In fact, the "Gong Zhuang" of any other school is only for the purpose of "practicing and strengthening strength", so why over-publicize the miraculous effect? Think carefully about the popular school of "pile-based, one law replaces all laws". How many real experts are there? More is to scare the third-and fourth-rate masters with a fat suit and "benzene power". Please think about it.

Note: Before practicing any skills, you should warm up the whole body before practicing.

Fourth, don't pass on the secrets of the family-internal strength boxing and palm-finger exercise (phantom boxing internal strength exercise)

1, relax yourself, stand with your hands hanging to your sides, feet slightly wider than your shoulders, and take six deep breaths. Figure 39

2. Inhale through the nose, raise your hands to your chest at the same time (fingertips are opposite, palms are raised to the midpoint when inhaling upwards), and the abdomen is slightly adducted. Figure 40

3. Turn the palm forward, the fingertips upward, push the palm forward slowly and forcefully, tilt the fingertips backward to Laogong point, and at the same time slowly exhale and sink into the abdomen (the abdomen protrudes slightly outward), hold your breath for a while when it seems straight but not straight, then relax and continue to exhale to push the arm straight, and don't relax the palm. Figure 4 1, 42

4. Then inhale, palms outward and inward, palms to the chest, wrists sinking, palms tilted. Breathe forward with your fingertips and hold your breath for a second. Then change the fist and punch forward as fast as possible into a flat fist (clench the fist and bulge the abdomen outward). It means that you must have the idea of being crushed to death by a stone and pierced by a wall (for example, becoming a sword finger, an eagle claw and a Tiger Claw, that is, practicing finger skills). Figure 43.

5. Then relax your fists and palms down, slowly press down (fingers up, meaning labor palace), hold your breath slightly, then relax and exhale, and draw your hands to your sides in the same way. Figure 45, 46

Repeat 12 times and then stand up straight and relax. Pay attention to all abdominal breathing methods, that is, the abdomen is concave when inhaling and convex when exhaling. After practicing for 5- 10 days, you will feel that your palms are heavy and your hands are powerless. Note that all parts must be relaxed except the fist and palm. Note that in this technique, in addition to punching at the fastest speed, the palm movement must use dark strength to move the palm. Generally, the time for holding your breath for a while is 1 second, so don't force it according to your personal physique.

If you have time, you can practice 3-6 groups every day (each group 12 times or so), and the key point is to understand the method of reverse breathing.

The fourth fist can be changed to four fingers moving forward separately or the index finger and middle finger closing the sword fingers. It is repeatedly suggested that when you impact forward with fingering, you must fasten your thumb to make the force reach your fingertips and fully impact each time-this is fingering practice.

This skill was previously kept secret from others. If you practice this skill well, you can reach boxing, palm and finger, so any technique is lethal.

Peak secret

This undergraduate course is a summary of the experience gained by Mr. Gao Feng, a practical martial artist, in studying Shaolin, Wudang, Xingyiquan, Bagua, Taiji, Track Boxing and other boxing at home and abroad in recent two years. Nearly 100 practical experiences will be of great help to those who like China's real kung fu. ?

Ten, abstruse defense practice

Defensive tactics play a very important role in actual combat. A good defensive person can intercept or defuse any attack, making the enemy futile, while I can hit the enemy or catch or fight at will.

-yin and yang hand training method:

First draw two circles on the wall, the size is not higher than the nose, not lower than the crotch, and slightly wider than the shoulders. When practicing, sink your shoulders and hang your elbows, about 40-50 cm away from the wall. The arc lift of the left hand is carried out while pressing up and down under the right hand.

Exercise method: Lift the left hand from 1 to 3, and turn the wrist from 3 to 4 to 1. Press meridians 2 to 3 with your right hand from 1, and turn your wrist and palm from 4 o'clock to 3 o'clock 1. Your fingers have been pointing at each other since the beginning of the exercise. Figures 77, 78, 79 and 80.

Key points: completely hands-free, breathe evenly, and draw a circle every time you breathe (the slower you breathe, the better). Feel the palm of your hand slowly. After ten days and a half, you will feel the numbness and heaviness of your palm, which is the feeling of reaching your palm (finger). If you continue to practice, you can feel the wrist moving, the palm sinking and the finger force multiplying, especially the palms and fingers of both hands are extremely sensitive. In actual combat, when the enemy strikes with his fist and palm, you can instinctively block and flip your wrist to catch the bowl and arm hit by the enemy, and strike the enemy with your other hand almost at the same time.

-gossip hand training method:

This technique is better than yin and yang hands. One-handed attack and defense can make the enemy unable to move forward and have nowhere to escape, making the encirclement successful.

This method can also be practiced by drawing a big circle on the wall with eye level and crotch level, and then drawing a cross in the middle (see figure). From 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9- 10 and 10- 1

When practicing, your fingers are slightly open and you can't exert yourself. Give a person a feeling of floating red ribbon, continuous, round and full. You must fully move your wrists and knuckles and carefully understand the changes in your palms. If you persevere, your hands will be extremely sensitive (that is, you have the kung fu of "listening" at home), and you must practice with your left and right hands to reach the advanced state where you can escape without adding anything. The defensive strike (offensive and defensive ability) of the hand trained in this way is particularly good. It can naturally go up and down, one left and one right, and cooperate with each other, so that I can hit the enemy at any time, and the enemy can't fathom my attack.

Yin-yang gossip hand song formula

When the fist is yin and yang, the elbow must be hidden under the ribs.

Punch like a gun, burn yourself when you meet an enemy.

No matter whether you win the middle position or not, you can't escape from playing immortals in all directions.

You have to shoot like a tiger, you have to work hard as a whole.

This is a wonderful trick of my goalkeeper, and the magic is only passed on to people.

Gossip player attack and defense application-

Take the correct actual combat style as an example: 1. In the previous step, slap the enemy's attacking straight fist with his right hand, and after controlling with his left fist, raise it to slap the enemy's face and nose with his right hand or paw; This is the "stormy waves" of our "Phantom Kill Eight Hands".

2. Shoot your opponent with your right hand, whether you hit it or not, immediately cut the opponent's throat, and then hit the enemy's ear with your right hand.

3. Hit the right hand from the inside out (right), immediately improve the right fist to the enemy's face, and then turn left and right to hit the enemy's flank.

When the enemy kicks forward, sideways and shoots, we must follow the opportunity, grab the enemy's leg with the right hand from top to bottom, and hit the enemy's foot with an ongoing "tiger pounce" in one go, and we must not be out of touch.

5. When the enemy uses the side leg, I step back half a step and draw an arc with my right hand from top to bottom to catch the enemy's leg. When the enemy is weightless, I grab the enemy's hair or shoulder, pull my neck down, and my left knee hits the enemy's chest, which will kill me with one blow.

The above introduction is only for beginners, but it has been killed in one blow! Those who have the basic leg skills can freely combine and join the attack! You can combine freely after you are skilled, and you are a good hand at hitting people no matter what method you use!

Learning essentials: any of the above eight defensive techniques can be practiced repeatedly in a single action, and can be used in conjunction with various boxing, palm, elbow and finger techniques at any time. The practice time of the left and right hands must be equal, and there must be no deviation.

The eight techniques of gossip, that is, pressing, patting, hanging, caressing, copying, checking, dialing and holding, must be understood carefully and thoroughly. When studying, we must carefully understand the cooperation between the body and hands, and practice until we are skilled in technology, so as to combine with various fists and feet.

Eleven, strong body aerobics = the gospel of thin people.

The following introduces the "3 12 meridian exercise fitness method" developed by Mr. Zhu Zongxiang, a famous professor of medical meridians in China.

3 12 exercise method, where 3 represents the three major acupoints of the human body, 1 represents 1 qigong exercise, and 2 represents leg exercise.

1 and 3 acupoints are Hegu, Neiguan and Zusanli. Relax and press each acupoint once. Press acupoints as soon as you are free in the morning, and never change acupoints when you sleep at night. Not less than 2 times a day.

2. A kind of Qigong, that is, intentional breathing along the abdomen: breathe evenly and continuously, the abdomen expands when inhaling, and sinks when exhaling, eliminating distractions, and gradually reaching 1-2 breaths per minute, once in the morning and once in the evening, each time for 5 minutes.

3, bipedal exercise method: the best way is to kneel down with your feet and squat on the wall! Wash your feet with hot water before going to bed at night and touch them low.

It is a simple skill, but it has a very amazing effect on malnutrition, sallow and emaciated, short stature, gastrointestinal diseases, heart disease, insomnia and nocturnal emission. Hope to spread widely, saving oneself and others is the greatest kindness in life.
