Westerners take a bath every day and wash their whole body, including their feet, of course. We didn't have hot water shower facilities in the north before, and most people couldn't take a bath every day, so they had the habit of washing their feet. It should be much better now. They take a bath every day! I was not used to it when I first came here, but now I am used to taking a bath every day.
