To cultivate one's morality on Huang Zhi Road, eight pillars must be erected. The so-called "eight pillars" are also called virtual four valleys, blocking two sinks and opening two holes. It makes the eyes shine, the ears listen, and it is harmonious, the mouth is clear and the nose is really fragrant. This is called "virtual four valleys". If you are amazing, you will not release sperm before, and if you are on a hunger strike, you will not release sperm after. This is called "blocking two exchanges". Open the top of the head to enter, open the upper jaw to circulate. This is called "opening two holes". The scripture says that the human body is given by God, and those who want God to give it forever are not good at upright posts. Cultivated yellow, standing eight pillars, it is safe and sound, and heaven and earth are reasonable.
