How to understand the thought of nourishing the heart in Dai medicine culture
This paper analyzes the ideological characteristics of Dai people's emphasis on spiritual cultivation from five aspects: respecting nature, believing in Buddhism, living in groups in villages, enjoying beautiful scenery and entertaining with songs and dances. Spiritual cultivation occupies a core position in the Dai people's health care thought. Dai people's concept of spiritual cultivation is mainly reflected in entering the multi-dimensional structure and level of nature, people and themselves. Maintaining the harmonious and stable state of spirit and nature plays an important role in maintaining their mental health. The Dai people's idea of attaching importance to spiritual cultivation not only enriches the ideas and methods of TCM health preservation, but also has practical application and reference value for other ethnic groups' health preservation.
