Loudi regards rural leisure tourism as a strategic starting point for rural revitalization. Not only does the landscape avenue from Shuifu Temple in Loudi City to Zeng Guofan's former residence need to be repaired, but Shuifu Temple Wetland Park has also applied for project establishment through Jichang Temple, Zhuxiaguan, Yang Changjun's former residence and Lijia Ancestral Temple to Wushifeng Tourist Highway. The preliminary exploration and design of the base has been completed.

Loudi Wetland Park has opened boutique tourist routes from Xiancun, Taohua Island, Luoyang Bay, Cai Hesen Memorial Hall, Ziyun Peak, Xiangshan, Jiufengshan Forest Park, Bai Yutang and Fushoutang, Zeng Guofan's former residence. Loudi, as the sub-central city of Changsha's one-hour economic circle, building two special tourist lines can not only provide a short-term tourist attraction for urban residents including Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, but also provide strong support for the rural revitalization of eight towns along the route, so-called killing two birds with one stone.

This project connects seven towns and villages, namely Shuifumiao National Wetland Park, Fairy Village, Taohua Island, Luoyang Bay, Cai Hesen Memorial Hall, Ziyunfeng, Xiangshan, Jiufengshan Forest Park, Bai Yutang and Zeng Guofan's former residence. It is very suitable for short-distance road trip, and will greatly promote the local economy after completion.
