With the emergence of new disciplines and industries in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, the society urgently needs a group of new talents of traditional Chinese medicine to promote the further development of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, China's higher education has entered the era of popularization. The enrollment scale of colleges and universities continues to expand, the specialty setting continues to expand, and the disciplines continue to cross, infiltrate and merge, initially forming a curriculum system of traditional Chinese medicine with its own characteristics. The supply and demand of Chinese medicine talents will be saturated, and the competition for talents will change from quantity to quality, which puts forward new requirements and challenges for Chinese medicine education. The core that directly affects the quality of personnel training is the construction of curriculum system. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a new knowledge structure of Chinese pharmacy talents, develop the curriculum system of Chinese pharmacy specialty, explore new ways and methods to realize the training mode of Chinese pharmacy professionals, continuously improve the teaching quality and personnel training quality, and fully reflect the characteristics of Chinese pharmacy specialty in agricultural and forestry universities [1]. The main purpose of our reform and exploration is to actively promote the reform of personnel training, teaching content, curriculum system, teaching means and teaching methods of Chinese materia medica, further optimize the structure of professional disciplines, strengthen the construction of laboratories and practice bases, promote professional teaching reform based on the demand of market talents, promote the development of professional disciplines, strengthen the construction of discipline teachers, promote curriculum reform and construction with the construction of teachers, and cultivate a large number of advanced applied Chinese materia medica professionals with strong practical ability and innovative spirit for local economic construction and social development. The following introduces the experience of the construction and reform of the curriculum system of Chinese medicine specialty in our school. 1 Reform teaching methods and means, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability. In recent years, we have carried out the following reforms in the teaching methods and means of Chinese pharmacy specialty in our school: reforming the experimental course system and experimental content; Reform experimental teaching methods and examination methods; Reform the management mode and mechanism of experimental teaching; Establish a systematic experimental teaching system combining imparting knowledge with exploration and research [2]. Teacher-oriented, cultivate "problem-centered" teaching methods, and actively carry out and implement "heuristic" and "problem-based" teaching methods. Taking students as the main body, it emphasizes the cultivation of students' ability to analyze problems and logical thinking through other auxiliary teaching contents, such as consulting and translating foreign materials, writing reading reports, participating in teachers' scientific research, designing experimental schemes, applying for and directly participating in innovative research, etc., to improve students' learning interest and scientific research innovation ability. Use multimedia, physical objects or projection and other teaching methods to strengthen the intuition of teaching and improve the teaching effect. Practice course is an important part of the whole curriculum system and an important way to cultivate students' practical ability and innovative thinking. We pay special attention to setting up comprehensive and designed experiments in experimental courses, increasing the proportion of experimental class hours, revising and designing a new experimental course system, and organically combining theory with practice, so as to strengthen students' comprehensive ability to analyze and solve practical problems. 2. Curriculum setting and perfecting curriculum setting are the concrete embodiment of teaching plan and talent training plan. The quality and level of personnel training depends on whether the curriculum is reasonable and feasible, which is related to students' scientific understanding and accurate grasp of the knowledge structure of this subject, and directly affects the knowledge structure and ability structure of cultivating talents [3]. The original curriculum structure of Chinese pharmacy in our college is not reasonable enough, some important basic courses and specialized courses are few, and some necessary elective courses are not offered. The chaotic curriculum, especially the lack of experimental class hours, leads to the quality of some experimental courses can not be guaranteed, the students' operating ability is weak, the expected practical teaching effect can not be achieved, it is difficult to ensure the teaching quality and level, and it is not conducive to the development of students' knowledge and vision. Therefore, while carrying out a new round of revision of the talent training program in the whole school, we have comprehensively revised and supplemented the curriculum and talent training program of Chinese pharmacy specialty. The adjustment of the curriculum system mainly includes: (1) In recent years, with the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and other related disciplines, some new disciplines have emerged. Based on the characteristics of our university, we optimize the basic professional courses, strengthen the professional characteristics, and increase the emerging Chinese medicine disciplines. Such as marketing of traditional Chinese medicine, new product development of traditional Chinese medicine, quality inspection of traditional Chinese medicine, genetic breeding of medicinal plants, development and utilization of plant resources, research and design of new drugs, preparation equipment and machinery, etc., these emerging disciplines have developed rapidly in recent years, which can best reflect the characteristics of modern traditional Chinese medicine. We offer them as specialized elective courses. (2) Delete some courses that have little to do with traditional Chinese medicine, and add some professional basic courses and specialized courses, such as Chinese medicine chemistry, Chinese medicine pharmacy, Chinese medicine preparation analysis, Chinese medicine pharmacology, etc. The theoretical and experimental hours of these courses almost reach 1∶ 1, which ensures the quality of experimental teaching.
