What is the founding history of Beijing Heniantang time-honored brand?
In the second year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1405), Ding Henian, a Hui poet, a famous doctor and a health care master, founded Heniantang drugstore in Caishikou, Beijing. Henian Hall is one of the oldest time-honored brands in China.

There used to be an old saying in Beijing: Pill powder paste Tong Danrentang; Yinpian he nian Tang This shows the great reputation of the old shop. Tongrentang was the "imperial pharmacy" of the Qing Dynasty, and Henian Hall was closely related to the Ming Dynasty.

The existing plaque in Haining Hall is well known. "Henian Hall" is a hall name of the traitor Yan Song Garden in the Ming Dynasty. Yan Song, a scholar, writes well. The word "He Niantang" he wrote is vigorous and dignified. The plaque is written in gold and black, which makes people stop and linger.

After the decline of Yan Song in his later years, this plaque flowed into the people and was bought by Henian Hall. Since then, these three words have become a general term for people to call Caishikou drugstore. Since then, the reputation of Heniantang drugstore has been getting better and better.

There are plaques on the left and right sides of the main hall of Heniantang, which are "regulating vitality" and "nourishing Taihe" respectively. These two plaques were written by Qi Jiguang, a hero of the Ming Dynasty. These two sentences also contain the essence of the concept of health preservation in Heniantang Pharmacy.

In addition, the two columns in the hall were linked vertically, which was written by Yang Jisheng who impeached Yan Song during Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. In the same shop, there are both traitors' handwriting and loyal ministers' handwriting. The calligraphy of two absolutely opposite individuals, loyal and treacherous, can be unified and so harmonious. It is indeed a story in history, and it also adds a lot of color to the reputation of Crane Hall.

After several generations' inheritance and development, Heniantang's health-preserving theory and methods are increasingly enriched and improved, forming a comprehensive Chinese medicine health-preserving book that integrates food and nutrition, medicated diet and Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Henian Hall opened five semicolons successively, so it was called "Five Crane Flying". As the head office, the old shop is still in the original Beijing food market.
