Zhongwan point: Yangwei point

Zhongwan point is located on the midline of the abdomen, the midpoint of the connecting line between the lower sternum and the navel, and it will feel sore when pressed. People with bad stomach can often press Zhongwan point.

Interpretation of Zhongwan point:
