Founded in June of 1985 and June of 10, covering an area of16,000 square meters and a building area of over 9,000 square meters, it is a cultural institution integrating the research, creation, exhibition, exchange and collection of calligraphy and painting. At present, it is the largest prefecture-level painting and calligraphy institute in China.
The architecture of Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute has both traditional national characteristics and modern garden style. Its rattan corridors, pavilions, rockeries, fountains, carved stone walls, exotic bamboos, beautiful scenery and suitable calligraphy and painting have become the window, calligraphy and painting activity center, important tourist attractions and patriotic education base of Heze, which is open to the outside world all the year round. The two exhibition halls cover an area of more than 900 square meters and undertake and hold more than 200 exhibitions; Cao Zhou Monument Gallery is more than 400 meters long, with the theme of reflecting Heze scenery and praising Cao Zhou peony, and carved portraits and deeds of some historical celebrities. Most of the works are made by famous contemporary painters and calligraphers, and are also engraved with the handwriting of several great men and sages, which has strong nationality, distinctive locality and superb artistry; The works displayed in Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition Hall are carefully created by Heze painters, representing the highest level of Heze painting and calligraphy art; Mr. Chao Mei's 80 masterpieces in the printmaking art exhibition hall were donated by Mr. Chao for free. The works are mainly based on the entrepreneurial spirit and magnificent landscape of the people who opened up the "Great Northern Wilderness" in those years, integrating history and art, and showing Mr. Chao Mei's superb printmaking art level. As a result, the Painting and Calligraphy Institute is known as "a wonderful art garden", "an unparalleled painting hall" and "the cultural foundation of the nation and the hall of painting and calligraphy art". Mr. Liu Shousen, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the China Calligraphers Association, praised: "Linggen descended from the sky to southwest Shandong, and the black peony in Yao Huang, Wei Zi and the painting and calligraphy institute in Cao Zhou all have very good relations." The unique charm of the painting and calligraphy institute attracts guests from all directions. Former the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) Chairman Wan Li, former members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Song Ping, former Shandong Provincial Party Secretary Wu Guanzheng, former Central Vice Chairman Li Desheng, former the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) Vice Chairman, former Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Vice Chairman Wan Guoquan visited Caozhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute successively and presented them.
1985, Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute hired Mr. Shu Tong as the chief consultant, Su Yiran, Cui Zifan, Xu Linlu, Yu Xining, Liu Bingsen and Liu Yi as honorary deans, and there were more than 20 painters outside the institute1985. Painters from the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy were invited to Zhongnanhai twice to create 65 paintings and calligraphy works for the general offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council. He has published more than 2,000 paintings and calligraphy works in central and provincial newspapers, selected for more than 600 national and provincial exhibitions, and held more than 60 exhibitions abroad. He has edited and published such large hardcover albums as Inscription of Liu Bingsen Regular Script Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Contemporary China Flower and Bird Painting Collection, Peony Cup Grand Prix Works Selection, Cao Zhou Forest of Steles Works Collection and Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute. In April 2000, Gao Zhanxiang, Party Secretary of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, held a large-scale peony photography exhibition. More than 100 news organizations such as People's Daily, CCTV, Volkswagen Daily, Shandong TV Station, Chinese Channel of Hong Kong Satellite TV, and relevant Japanese news agencies have made special presentations or news reports on painting and calligraphy institutes and painters.
In addition, the Zhao Memorial Hall built in the Painting and Calligraphy Institute reproduces the brilliant achievements of Zhao, a famous anti-Japanese general in Heze, in various periods with a large number of detailed words and images, and enthusiastically eulogizes General Zhao's lofty national integrity and patriotic spirit of dying for his country.
Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute was rated as a municipal civilized unit, a civilized window unit, a provincial advanced health unit, an advanced collective of Shandong culture going to the countryside and a regional patriotic education base. 1992, which was included in China Tourism Information Database by National Tourism Administration; From 65438 to 0997, The Grand View of Famous Scenic Spots in China, edited by China Cultural Relics Society, china tourism association, China Association of Scenic Spots and China Museum Association, was included in 500 famous scenic spots in China. In 2000, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles established the "Life Creation Base of China Literary and Art Circles" in Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
The Cao Zhou Monument Gallery located in Cao Zhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute was built in two phases, namely 1985 and 1995, with a total length of nearly 500 meters and more than 400 steles. It is the longest monument gallery in China at present. The content of the stele gallery is mainly composed of poems praising the national flower peony in past dynasties, with the handwriting of some historical celebrities and great men, as well as the works of modern famous artists such as Shu Tong, Qi Gong, Tibetan, Huang Miaozi, Wang Geyi, Tang Yun, Shen Peng, Liu Bingsen, Wu Zhongqi and Sha Menghai. At the same time, several paintings reflecting historical celebrities and precious peony varieties in Cao Zhou were carved, forming a group of works of modern calligraphers with rich artistic styles and expressions.
2. Fulonghu Tourism Resort in Shan County:
Fulonghu Tourist Resort is located in Shan County, Heze City, Shandong Province, surrounded by Beijing-Kowloon Railway, 105 National Road, Dingdang Expo and Yudan Provincial Road, 20 kilometers away from Shan County, 80 kilometers away from Heze, 50 kilometers away from Shangqiu, Henan and 90 kilometers away from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. Long Fu Lake is a plain lake formed by the breach of the Yellow River in Ming Dynasty. It is 2.5km wide from north to south and10km long from east to west. It consists of Long Fu Lake and Moon Bay. The planned area of tourist resort is 50 square kilometers and the core area is 25 square kilometers. Long Fu Lake consists of three parts, namely, the old Yellow River wetland landscape area, the Long Fu Lake water recreation area and the forest park ecological experience area.
Since its establishment, the resort has always grasped the development idea and functional orientation of "returning to nature, protecting ecology and taking a leisure vacation", and actively implemented the construction purpose of serving the tourism around Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui, with outstanding achievements in environmental construction and continuous improvement of tourism functions. The core area concentrates the essence of Long Fu Lake's natural ecological landscape and tourism resources, and embodies the main features and functions of Long Fu Lake. It mainly includes artificial beach swimming area, fishing area, water park, yacht club, leisure and health park, ecological bird watching area, forest camping experience area and historical and cultural exhibition area. In the construction of scenic spots, natural ecology, local characteristics of southwest Shandong, modern elements and historical sites are highlighted respectively.
