Distinguishing the Yellow River and Exploring the Secret
? I believe everyone is familiar with the word "Huang Qi", but its true meaning is not clear to everyone. Some people think that this is blindly Chinese herbal medicine, and even say that this is the abbreviation of traditional Chinese medicine astragalus and rhubarb. Actually, this is a misunderstanding. Although Huang Qi is indeed related to medicine, it actually refers to Huangdi Neijing, an ancient medical masterpiece, and its author. The legend of Huangdi Neijing was written by Huangdi and Qi Bo. The Yellow Emperor is the ancestor of our Chinese nation, Xuanyuan (also known as Xiong's and Gongsun's) has made contributions to the reunification of the Central Plains. He was also the inventor of sericulture, boating, writing, temperament, medicine and arithmetic. Zeebe was the minister of the Yellow Emperor and was in charge of medical treatment. He is called Zibo because of his superb medical skills. "Pulse condition, pathogenesis and treatment are all luck, but they are not endless." .

Huangdi Neijing was compiled and supplemented by later generations according to his dialogue with Huangdi on medical skills, medical principles and Chinese herbal medicines. Its words are concise, informative, and its theory is profound and interesting. It is the earliest existing medical literature in China. Later generations called TCM the art of Huang Qi, and Huang Qi was also regarded as the ancestor of doctors. And from this extension, it refers to orthodox Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine, and it is synonymous with Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine.

? As a Chinese medicine practitioner in the Central Plains, I have long heard that "Chinese medicine books are in Huang Qi; Qihuangyuan, the beginning of Xinmi ",there is a Qibo Mountain in Xinmi. Although my home is in Zhengzhou, I have never had a chance to travel. Today, I stole half a day's leisure. Taking advantage of the crisp autumn, I invited some friends to Qibo Mountain to seek roots and worship ancestors.

? On the morning of September 23rd, Lao Liang and his party drove 50 kilometers from the southwest of Zhengzhou. One hour later, they arrived at the destination of this trip-Goutang Town, xinmi city. Dean Zhang of Goutang Town Health Center received us very warmly. In the conversation with Dean Zhang, he mentioned "the problem of Chinese medicine construction", deeply realized the lack of Chinese medicine talents in primary health centers, and reached the initial cooperation intention of building "characteristic acupuncture specialty".

Qibo Mountain is famous, but the map navigation can't find out the information. Under the leadership of Sun, the president of the hospital, the group drove along the winding path, and after more than ten minutes of bumps, they came to the foot of Qibo Mountain. Wang Enfu, a village doctor in Nanfanggou Village, waited here early. As a tour guide, Dr. Wang led us to the "Zeebe Tomb" at the top of the mountain.

? On both sides of the mountain road, there are lush forests, bamboo forests and weeds. The narrow path is paved with gravel and difficult to walk. However, at every turn, you can see different scenery, or rolling mountains or quiet valleys. Close your eyes and feel the breeze. The grass smells good. Tao Yuanming's poem can't help but come to your mind: "You can't return to nature until you stay in a cage for a long time." ......

? Ten minutes later, a group of people climbed to the top of the mountain. The field of vision suddenly opened up, and there was an open field in front of me. Looking around, there is the rolling Rabbit Mountain in the west, Daiyu Mountain in the east and Dahongshan Mountain in the south. For thousands of years, the names of these mountains and rivers have remained unchanged. "Zhuangzi" records: "The Yellow Emperor was ambitious in Juzi Mountain". Huangdi summoned famous doctors from all over the world to give lectures and preach in Qibo Mountain. Daiyu Mountain and Dahongshan Mountain were both named after the ministers of the Yellow Emperor.

? Go on, through a dense forest, and you will see an unremarkable grave with a small tombstone engraved with "Zeebe's Tomb". Zibo, an ancient imperial doctor and ancestor of Chinese medicine, was buried here. There are some newly transplanted mulberry trees around the tomb, only the thickness of the bowl. All this is too common, which is beyond everyone's expectation. If it weren't for the guide to lead the way, we would probably have been difficult to find here. Standing in front of the tomb, the dialogue between Huangdi and Zeebe in Huangdi Neijing still echoes in my ears. A generation of famous doctors Qi Bo, David and Da Hong have long since passed away, but they have left many legends in the local area, and their names have also been incorporated into the local mountain names. Dashan is the monument of the masters, and Huangdi Neijing is their epitaph. Huangdi Neijing, as a precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, has been handed down from generation to generation and lasts forever. Chinese medicine culture is a key to Chinese civilization, which needs our protection, inheritance and development.

? A line of six people respectfully bid farewell to Zeebe's tomb and set foot on their way home. Due to time constraints, this trip did not visit Qibo Spring, Qibo Cave and Qibo Temple. At noon, I ate "steamed stuffed bun and rolled vegetables" and drank corn porridge at the farmhouse in Nanfanggou village, which was very enjoyable.

On the way back, we passed an ancient temple-"Xinglong Temple". In front of the door, several villagers are breaking corn and having a good time. This group of people can't help but come forward to say hello. An old man with white hair caught our attention. At the age of 80, he looks only 60 because of his good health, and his speech is even more extraordinary.

The founding date of Xinglong Temple cannot be verified. According to the existing inscriptions, it can be traced back to the Song Dynasty. At that time, the incense was at its peak and the weather was solemn. After thousands of years of erosion, it is now desolate and sad. However, several villagers persisted, and their simple thoughts and optimistic spirit deeply touched us.

Qiboshan has fertile land and humid climate, which is very suitable for the growth of Chinese herbal medicines. At present, more than 70 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines/kloc-0 have been identified. Things are beautiful and people are excellent. Xinmi deserves to be the birthplace of Huang Qi culture. See Beijing in one thousand, Xi 'an in three thousand and Xinmi in five thousand! Exploring the roots and visiting the ancestors, fortunately! (Ritz Mountain 20 170925)
